I’ve been seeing Dr Musk and going to this office for years now. I have never had any issues, he always listens to my concerns and validates how I’m feeling. My kids feel more than comfortable seeing him. The office and nursing staff have ALWAYS been amazing and caring as well. I’m surprised to see lots of negative reviews as we have always had great experiences!
We went there for medical examinations today. There was bit of wait but all staff members were awesome! One of the staff I think her name was Chelsea?! was very nice and friendly. And the X-ray technician was amazing as well. Thank you for all your hard work!
Just had an X-ray done there. Tech was so incredibly rude. She told me she was done so I left. Could hear her yell from the other room “you’re welcome” Why would I thank someone for that kind of service. Absolutely unprofessional.
Any bigelow Fowler in leth you can guarantee the receptionists are gonna be very rude and make you feel like an issue for going to the doctor. I drove to Vulcan on more then one occasion to avoid dealing with them. Driving about 1 hr to be handled properly in a healthcare setting is sad.
Dr.Musk is great and listened to my concerns and took them seriously however the front desk receptionist has been rude in person and on the phone on multiple occasions making me feel stupid and blamed me for not knowing my doctor was on vacation. Definitely unprofessional on the receptionist side. everything else amazing doctors, good, nurses, good, lab, good.
Been with this clinic over 20 years, recently I’ve had to go in quite often due to health issues so my experience has been different the last 6 months. I am with doctor Gibb, he’s been a decent doctor. However his new nurse is horrible, very rude, rolls her eyes at you every chance she gets.. Now I called on Wednesday as I can’t book an appointment because I have a sore throat, left his nurse a voicemail, no return. I called again Thursday, left a voice mail aswell & talked to the front desk people and they said Dr would call me directly before the weekend. It is now Monday & I haven’t received a call, I need antibiotics for my throat infection aswell as a few other things but no one has bothered to call me & I’m not aloud to make an appointment and go in. I understand why I can’t come in, but would expect to have someone call me by now. Very disappointed lately. If I could give 0 stars, I would.
Have to say I'm a bit surprised at the negative reviews. I have been going to BFW for about 3 years and have not had a bad experience and I'm a senior. As busy as Clinics and Dr.'s are, we have to give them a break. Thank you "Bigelow Fowler Clinic" for doing your best.

visited today at this clinic. accidentally the online system booked my blood work on 13 October instead of 6. I went there at 230pm and was fasting whole day for blood collection but lab people who were free for 10 minutes before I went and even after I went no one there but they refuse my collection because it wasn't scheduled for today.i understand but medical professional who were free and it should not have taken more then five minutes to do the job but lady in the lab was not doing anything but arguing. its shame to see attitude like this from medical professional. I understand important of an appointment but how many times you are having situation like this? I was fasting since 4 am to 230 pm just for this and they have no time to collect the sample even though they were free 10 minutes before and after I left. I am going to take this to provincial and will definitely recommend cuts in lab people who have zero attitude towards their responsibilities. ITS SHAME TO SEE WHERE OUR HARD EARN TAX IS GOING
I was a patient at this clinic for 30 years, when our family doctor retired I accompanied my wife and kids to their appointments with the new doctor.. First thing I noticed is the front desk receptionists are ignorant, rude and stuck up to not only the people coming for appointments, but also over the phone! They have literally hung up on us since then while trying to book an appointment, the new doctors seem to just write prescriptions rather than looking into the actual cause. But by far the most disgusting thing about this clinic are indeed the receptionists.. in my opinion they all need to be replaced with workers that actually know how to speak civilly to patients. Will never go to this clinic again.
