I came here for my uber and lyft account. I recommend all if you have any expired documents like police check or inspection in between your TNDL process plz don’t upload docs to lyft or ubernCome to VFH office and give them docs physically or you can send them emailnThey will upload the docs right away and your application process will be fastnIf you upload to uber so they send them after a week and then vfh will again wait 2 weeks to processnSo plz do come here and update documents if you neednStaff was very polite and helpful. After ticket just need to wait for 20 min and your turn will come

Clean and organized office. You take a number from the machine in the lobby, and wait for your number to be called. The service is fast and efficient.

Unlike some other public offices, I never experienced any sort of bureaucratic or other issues at this location. They provide transparent and efficient services for all. In some occasions, I have been well and promptly served over the phone. I just want to say that your work is much appreciated. Keep it up .

Before entering the office, you take a ticket at the entrance. Then the ticket number is called. It took about 20 minutes to renew my license. It was smooth process.

Friendly and helpful. For anyone that’s looking to renew their TNDL, you have to upload EVERTHING to the Uber Portal. Then, bring just your vehicle insurance, updated police record check, and active drivers license to the office. They’ll have you email it to [email protected] and then they give you the TNDL in the same meeting. No waiting two weeks for it after the Uber Portal sends it to the TNDL office. If all your paperwork is in order, your experience renewing your TNDL license should go something like this.
