Thier tndl process for Uber sucks, why can’t they give application status or tell us what’s wrong with our file that we are not receiving the tndl email. Been running around for 4 months for simple answers and help. Really disappointed.

This business department in the city of Calgary is unprecedented! Non of them are customer oriented. They think they are privileged so all verbal communication not to mention!

Quick and easy service!! Just come prepared with your documentation and the process is very quick! The employees are very approachable!! Thank you for your service!

Rude customer support and wait time is crazy. 4 hours . Staff go to the bathroom after every 2 customers served . Ridiculous service support at Green hub Calgary.

One of the worse customer service they provide,,the city of Calgary should at least investigate why they get 2.2 reviews.unprofessional staff they are dealing you like a garbage specialy the lady who works there she is really hard to deal with.

Went here to get TNDL via Uber and 2 ladies working there been very helpful and polite.

The office staff is helpful and do have information but most of the systems are automated and online best to check website and phone line before going there.

Just one guy working at front and lot of people waiting. Whenever you give them a call it’s goes on voice mail and no one reply of your voice mail.

The employees have a long time to discuss with you that they don’t have time to check your documents. What is going on Calgary?

Poor service….. less staff it’s crazy fo issuing TNDL they took more than 1 month still it’s in process …
