Passport Application timeline:nnJune 10thnArrive at 7:15am and there were 15 persons ahead of me.n8:30am The door opens and I got the service at 8:45.n9:00am Complete the application and paid the fee of Express Pick up scheduled on June 12th.nnJune 12th Picked up the passport at 3pm.nnEvery one should stay in the same line until 8am, then the staff will come out and arrange separate lines for someone coming for SIN application and Passport pick up.nnVery helpful and friendly staff.

Went here to renew my passport without appointment. I was very surprised at how fast and efficient everything was! The attendant at the door was very helpful. The building is very accessible for persons with disabilities and parking was easy to find. I was in and out in about 15 minutes! I received my passport within 5 days! I was expecting a lot longer processing time. Very impressed and happy I chose to come here.

WOW !!! Went to submit the Passport renewal application today at Harry Hays Passport office. It took just 5 minutes to submit the application. Very friendly and efficient staff. I am proud to be Canadian. Kudos to the whole staff. 10/10

Want to give 5 Stars to the two security guards working yesterday morning Thursday April 11, 2024 . They were very efficient and helped speed up the process. I saw them keep checking around and asking if anyone was just picking up their passports to ensure they did not have to wait in line.nnI got there at 8:35 am and there were already 20 people lined up in the lobby, I waited about15 mins to the door, one security guard asked me a few questions and he directed me to the simplified passport renew line, then proceeded to the window, I was done by 9:01 am, when I walked out the room, there only 5 or 6 people waiting in the lobby.nTotal time 26 min, not bad, after reading many bad reviews, I thought I had to wait for hours Not sure how fast other services though as I did see more people in the New Passport line and other things.

Not a place anyone wants to be lining up at 7:10am for 8:30 opening. Protip That was the hardest part. They divided the early birds into groups based on specific passport requirements.nMine being one of the most complicated I’m sure.nDoors opened at 8:30 sharp. In and out with a wonderful helpful lady. 20 minutes DONE.
