The best place to go, get help, a new passport, help with immigration. It houses the best people, staff, friendly staff. Convenient to get to, but mostly it has the best security staff in the City of Calgary. Not that is am just saying that, but I do mean it. But also because I work there. It seems for passport renewal the biggest lines are on Mondays. Went on Tuesday @7.30am and there were 10 people in queue. The building is open from 7am so no need to wait outside. It's open at 8.30 am and the waiting procedures is maintained well by security staff

I was supposed to pick up my passport at the given date between 8:30 to 4 pm anytime as i was told. I went there at 10 and i was told my passport wasn't printed yet i could come back at 3 or monday which is complete shit. Because i had to pay for parking which is $15/hour and then I'm not sure if i will be able to get my passport at 3. Whats the point of paying extra $20-30 to pick up if passports aren't printed by the date and time which is mentioned on the receipt. They didn't even bother to E-mail or text saying passport will be delayed m. Staff was so rude on top of that. My whole day has been wasted as i have to drive 45 to get to the harrys hays building from my place. I will not suggest anyone to come to this building for the processings. Wasted my whole day. Made 2 trips for the same reason and then had to wait there for pretty long.

Went for my passport renewal, I had all the papers for it but realized I didn’t have my old passport. I asked the lady at check in if I needed my passport and she said I didn’t. I waited almost 2 hours to be called up and then the guy told me I needed my passport. Wasted 2 hours of my day. People at the front need to be re-educated on their job

Supposed to have a passport ready for pick up arrived two times, I don't have two sick or vacation days to wait, third day I became frustrated spoke up and wasn't a regular by the book NPC finally got my passport printed at the same facility as a rush. I hate to be that dude but KAREN behaviour keeps government officials in check speak loudly and often because the swueeky wheelnGet a the Greece wish it didn't but just the way of the world.
