Came in this morning for passport application and was happy with the sevice. I can't say it was fast because it was so busy but the service was very good.nnI was amazed by the security man both of them were nice and friendly but the one wearing the hat went above and beyond to do his job. He was so patient, consistent and kind. He even wiped the dust/mud on the chair for the guy behind me. Thank you for your hard work and dedication. Hope you will read this review and know some of us regconize and ackowledge your work.

I can't say enough positive things about my experience here with service Canada. We needed an emergency passport the SAME DAY and we arrived at 9:30 AM with all of our documents. By 11:15 our number was called, and by 3:30 there was a brand new passport! All of the staff was extremely helpful and kind towards our situation.

I had to visit the Harry Hays building January 5th 2026. I was in need of emergency passport as I was leaving the country that night and had not noticed that my passport would have expired before I was to return. It was very busy that day due to power outage. We waited for 4 1/2 hours before we were seen by Hernan?, counter agent, who was extremely helpful. At that time being after 4:00 pm when they were closing. He was able to help get request through, who then Wei, agent processed the request! I was able to fly out of country that night. These 2 people were extremely helpful.

What is the purpose of paying a parking fee if thieves can still easily access vehicles? This happened earlier today while my husband was processing our son’s passport application. Good thing there were no valuable items in our car. This serves as a reminder for everyone to be cautious and prioritize safety at all times.

Went for passport renewal. Arrived at 8:30am on a Wednesday and left at 9:37. Not much of a line when I left. Faida at the front was great. The woman at the counter didn’t get her name was also great. The men helping with the line were are helpful and very friendly. I was expecting the worst but left satisfied.
