Came in the building around 6:20am and there were already about 10 people a head of me. They let people inside the room at 8:30am, segregated people who are coming for urgent & express pass, normal pass, & pickups. Most of the staffs were nice & organized.nnI applied for express passport since I only have 9 days before my flight. But pickup time is longer. They want me to pick my passport 2 days before my flight. Just hoping there’s no misspelling or anything i left the building around 9:30am, so that’s still about 3 hrs wait time in the morning.

This place is usually busy and packed and moves with slow pace so prepare your visit accordingly.nnParking is on street.nnServices are good - New Passport, Renewal, Pickups etc.

Passport Application timeline:nnJune 10thnArrive at 7:15am and there were 15 persons ahead of me.n8:30am The door opens and I got the service at 8:45.n9:00am Complete the application and paid the fee of Express Pick up scheduled on June 12th.nnJune 12th Picked up the passport at 3pm.nnEvery one should stay in the same line until 8am, then the staff will come out and arrange separate lines for someone coming for SIN application and Passport pick up.nnVery helpful and friendly staff.

Had the most seamless experience here. Arrived at 10:45 am on a Friday with an express passport renewal. Waited 45 minutes before my number was called. Was in an hour in an hour.nnPicked up a week later at 3:45 on a Wednesday and was in and out in 5 minutes.nnThe staff were really friendly and the security guards were helpful and cheerful. Never thought a passport experience could be so painless.
