Super helpful and very quick. I was really impressed. After reading the previous reviews I was expecting a real hassle but I was in and out in less than 15 min and everyone was friendly.

The most horrible people work here. They all hate there jobs and are miserable. And completely discriminated against me and my family! They wanted my mother in law to read a oath out loud, she didn't have her reading glasses and couldn't read the small print and the lady refused her to sign any documents and starting yelling at us to bring someone next time that knows how to read. My mother in law was left in tears. She also does wear a hijab, I went in an hour later with a non hijab women and she didn't have to read an oath, they let her sign with no questions asked. Can't help but feel discriminated against being a Muslim Arab.

I thought the ladies at the counter where incredibly nice and helpful. We went at 1 pm and no line. But there is a 10 day delay in processing and it has left us in quite a bind as our mortgage advisor told us it takes 24 hours to process. Make sure you give lots of time for processing! Not sure why the delay but the service was otherwise good.
