10/10 I would recommend Big 4 to anyone who is looking for a vehicle. I was looking for a used Jeep Grand Cherokee and Aaron helped me to find my dream SUV even though I live up in Edmonton. Aaron facetimed me showing me the vehicle and pointed out the little flaws being entirely open about them. Bruce helped me get the financing that fits my needs right now and explained everything throughout the process. If you are looking for a new or used vehicle, head over to Big 4 and ask for Aaron Snowie!
I'm not sure where to start. This might have been the most transparent, hassle free, no-nonsense vehicle transaction that I ever had. For this particular purchase I think I went to 10 dealerships Hyundai and Chrysler to get a trade estimate and find a vehicle that was in stock, or in transit. Every single one of them was a negative experience in some way or another, my trade was under valued while they were selling similar vehicles for more than $10k over what they were offering me, wasting time pretending to be negotiating, not calling back, hidden charges, nickel and dime approach, it goes on. BIG 4 MOTORS - NOTHING OF THE SORT! What a pleasant experience. The trade negotiation was fair and reasonable, zero hidden fees - I couldn't believe it. The vehicle arrived in short order after my deposit was down, and I was in and out of the dealership at pickup in under an hour. No surprises. My sales consultant, Johan was pleasant, responsive and knowledgeable of the Jeep products. The negotiations were prompt and fair. Trevor in finance made sure we understood all of the costs and our options for extended warranty/oil change plan, as well as the appearance protection package. We opted into both of those but there was no scare tactics or other sales pressure to buy these things, just clear explanation of what the options were. On delivery of our new Wrangler Rubicon 4xe, the vehicle was spotless, everything was polished and shining. Johan greeted us and after we got the paperwork out of the way showed us around our new vehicle. It was an amazing experience to show up and look at your new vehicle to thing "wow, that is the nicest looking wrangler that I have ever seen"... which were my exact words to Johan. Folks, Hats off to BIG 4, I am impressed and if I am reccomending a Chrysler dealership ever again to anyone, this will be the one. Thanks BIG 4 and Team!

Hands down the best dealership in Calgary! The team I worked with were amazing, they listened to my needs and even went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase of a Jeep Wrangler Altitude. If you are in the market or are just looking make sure you talk to Han Kim, Sales Consultant, you can expect no pressure and be ready to receive a welth of knowledge on what you are looking for. Robert Coleman, General Manager was noting but friendly, transparent and beyond fair. He was able to get me out a situation and into a new Jeep where I am comfortable and will enjoy my new ride! Bruce Griffin, Financial Service Manager was awesome working the numbers, he was clear and straightforward. He made the final steps of the deal seamless and easy! Thanks you guys for the great customer service. I look forward to referring BIG4 to my peers and working with you again!
Big4 is single handedly the best dealer in the city. I've owned many vehicles ranging from Jeeps to Ferraris. Nobody comes close in comparison to Big4 in terms of customer service and honesty.
Great service. They made time over the holidays to fit me in last minute during a brutal cold snap, to replace my battery. I really appreciated their customer service and quick turnover when they were definitely very busy. I continue to use Big 4 because I feel they do truly care about the customers. They are realistic with what needs to be fixed immediately for safety versus which services can wait.
Although having no heat in my Jeep the month before Christmas wasn't great, Big 4 Motors made it the best experience that I've ever had when servicing ANY vehicle. Tanya provided me with daily updates so that there were no surprises. I was also provided with a lovely luxury vehicle as a loaner. I will most certainly recommend Big 4 to anyone! I will only entrust my beloved Jeep to Big 4 from now on!
My experience with Big Four Motors was extremely positive. I was looking for a new vehicle and they were helpful every step of the way. As a first time car owner, I really appreciated the time they took to help me. Rob was a pleasure to work with-- highly recommend for anyone else in a similar situation!
