Wanted to share my experience as Danny helped change my flat tire in a parking lot this week when I had no idea what to do, he had no obligation to help me out and even taught me how to change it. My husband Cal has been taking our vehicles to Mr. Volvo for 12+ years. Absolutely the best service , quality, and price. They are courteous, and honest to the nth degree - will tell you what really needs to be done and what doesn't. They inform you what's on the watch list so that you are prepared for your next service. Erv, the owner ensures our vehicles are diagnosed correctly and that the repairs are completed to his high standards. Mechanics are very experienced, Jeff at front desk is very accommodating and fun to chat with. We trust Mr. Volvo 100%!

I have been with this company for about 30 years. They are honest, & have skilled mechanics. They have never let me down. They are the main reason why I had a Volvo. Looking back, I wonder how I would have managed without Tim's & Ervin's problem solving over the phone advise. Now that I have a newer Mazda, I got a culture shock at the dealership. The service department was not at all at the Mr. Volvo standards. Luckily, Mr Volvo can look after my Mazda as well. Thank goodness!!
