Ordered via Too Good To Go app. Amount of food was great for the price. The food tasted good nothing that stands out but it was good. The place itself is inside the Columbus Centre and you need to pay for parking. I look forward to trying this place as a sit-down lunch/dinner as everything looked great and the smell was amazing!!
Great food, great atmosphere, and the staff are very helpful and friendly. Everything is good here especially their pizza. Great experience, highly recommend it!
If you are looking for the best coffee across GTA, caffè Cinquecento is the right place. The best Italian product are available to you, and definitely there are the most delicious muffins which I never ate in my life. I highly recommend it! All the best Chef Luciano!
I wanted to reply to my previous review about the food below, but I'm not sure how to so I've created another one. I was at Caffe Cinquecento with 4 other family members for about an hour and 20 mins and didn't realize the chef was also at the café while we were there I only found out he was the chef after looking up the café online. He was interacting with someone while facing in our direction, he made eye contact with us a couple of times as well... I thought at least we would be greeted/welcomed but we weren't. The café also wasn't busy so I feel that the customer service wasn't up to par. We traveled from Scarborough to pay this café a visit since we saw some good reviews about it online, honestly disheartened by the fact that it didn't meet our expectations.
The hot chocolate was disgusting, it tasted and smelled sour, I couldn’t even finish it. Also the mochaccino was served in a shot glass, I expected it to be served at least in a regular sized mug. I do not recommend and I will not be returning.
Usually go there and the food quality is great but had a very unpleasant encounter today with the barista. I asked the girl at the cash to get a hot tea with a couple of ice cubes in it so it’ll cool down faster. But the first time she made it only with ice cubes and some water, the second time I asked her to redo it she just poured the tap water from the sink! and gave it to me with the tea bag. I got really mad because I really wanted to warm up and just left. I asked for the simplest thing in the world, just pour the hot water and two ice cubes instead I got really frustrated for almost 4$ tea with warm tap water.
It was amazing. Pizza is the pizza ever and Karaoke was a fun night I would recommend
What an authentic Italian bar experience! Fantastic hospitality and beautiful products, delicious food and gelato! Thank you for hosting me and my family. For sure a place to go often!
Beautiful wood fired pizzas! Great recommendations from the staff :
When I was 7 yrs old , attending the Columbus Centre choir , I went to caffè cinquecento and fell in love with their anchovy pizza amount of sauce mixed with the anchovies .. so good At the time they serve the anchovy pizza on Saturdays. Call to double check if they still serve it today. As of my latest order, I had the fetina sandwich with bruschetta and raspberry zinger tea Better food than going to Burger King :
