Caffe Artigiano

First time here and I can't help but love the atmosphere. Very cozy and cute, I got the signature hot chocolate and for once I found a hot chocolate that's not overwhelmingly sweet. Perfectly sweet and even had a foam art which was a nice touch. Their milk? Or cream inside the hot chocolate and cappuccino which I also got is a little on the thicker side? Roughly $10 for two drinks which is fair price. Recommend!

Smooth and creamy latte. It has croissants, sandwiches, dessert, and other baked goods. There is ample seating both indoors and outdoors. The atmosphere is great and helps to have a little break in between shopping and walking. It's not too loud in the cafe and the service was kind and quick.Food: 4/5

Ordered an ice coffee and the brew was really good, it was even better that I got it for free as it was international coffee day! Great spot to rest after shopping at the outlets.

Had their new strawberry Frappuccino and I can say that it was the most expensive sweet milk I’ve ever bought. No flavour whatsoever just pure sugar and heavy milk, almost like a bad made milk shake, no flavour of strawberry at all. Whatever you do, do not get this drink. Only two stars because of friendly staff but terrible drink… Pretty disappointed.

Went there for the hot chocolate festival this year, and was very disappointed. Both flavours they offer this year, passionfruit and cookies & cream were very poorly served with cookies totally dipped in the hot chocolate, instead of being on top of the whipping cream. In cookies & cream we didn’t even think cookie was there, until it showed up on the bottom after the hot chocolate was almost done. Very weird and disappointing.

GROSS!! Dec 14th at aprx 630 PM ordered 1 x hot chocolate and 1 x latte: - Hot Chocolate was ready immediately - Was told the only person who could make the latte was "in the bathroom" and had to wait 5-7 mins for her to return GROSS younger, short asian woman with black "pig tail" type hair/very short - When she did return, stood around laughing and chatting with the other worker, not making the drink now aprx 12 mins from ordering/7 mins since first drink was received - After repeatedly asking her to please provide the drink we payed for, she rolled her eyes and produced a gross gross drink with milk that was not properly steamed/burnt etc. SO RUDE! Clearly this facility is not being managed properly As the workers were doing nothing but standing around with backs to customers giggling and talking to each other, the quality of coffee is disgusting and the service was so rude I will happily go to the Starbucks in the same facility .. STAY AWAY!!!!

I always stop by here when I come to this outlet, and I really like the design of the store. The service is decent, lineups can get quite long as I feel they are understaffed during busy times. The snacks are ok, nothing special, coffees are good, but the price is on the high side, probably due to the location.

Typically this place is good, but today I would honestly say I’d never return after my experience. It was about 5:30 on Friday the 28th of January. I ordered a flat white and I couldn’t even drink it. Ordered oat milk as I have a dairy intolerance, and am usually happy to pay extra for it, but i was given regular milk. I am now sitting in traffic with a stomach ache. Despite the oat milk screw up, the coffee itself was horrible. No foam, milk barely room temperature... the barista seemed incompetent. My friends drink was no better; another flat white with no flavour or foam. To top it all off the pastries we ordered were stale!! give your business to starbucks instead, I know i will be.
