I love their pizza but the hours and policies are sooooo ridiculous and inconvenient. I've called three times on either a Thursday or Friday night to order a pizza for pick-up... there's reply was "we can't make pizza right now". Today I called to place an order and they said it will take 90 minutes before it's ready for me to pick it up. I keep hoping the service will improve but this doesn't seem likely. It's such a shame because their pizza and cannoli are excellent. This being said I don't care how good your food is, you actually need to make an effort to serve your clients adequately.

Just picked up platters for a Christmas party ! Amazing food ! Very reasonable !! Fully recommended !

They close early....not impressed showing up at 615 on a Wednesday and the place is closed.

Every time I have eaten there the owners and servers were superb, totally enjoyed my food.
