Tim Hortons

The place is always busy as it's at the airport. They give good service and make sure you're not waiting too long. Plus, there's room to sit and eat there. You can't use Tim's rewards to earn or redeem points, which is a bit odd.

I had a terrible experience. I visited with just my phone since I have the app connected to my card, but they didn't accept it—nor Tims gift cards, nor point redemptions. Additionally, they only offered small and medium cups, with NO large size available as per the cashier, they never had this option. Also, the tea flavour was very limited. Wasted 30min in line and even heard the person behind me complaining about the long wait ... I found myself wondering if this was even a real Tim Hortons. It was such a disappointment.nnI just realized that I’m not the only person who had that experience after reading others’ reviews. So many people have encountered the same issue as I did. Be mentally prepared if you ever come across this Tim Hortons in the Airport.

pretty typical for a Tim Hortons, great for coffee and other drinks, snacks and quick meals. For food in airports this is definitely one of the cheaper places for food and drink. There is sometimes a long line up, this time there wasn't. It is located through security on your way to gates 1 through 11. it is one of the more kid friendly options here. Take out is a good option to if you are short on time or want to eat at the gate.

Today is my most terrible experience in timhortons airport that rude and unprofessional guy who took our order was so rude . That cashier is a white racist guy . Just because I am asian ….I just him can i add hot chocolate medium and 1 pc chocolate croissant. Then we was so Mad at me that guy should be re train in customer service and all my drinks no markings

Staff tells me I cannot use Tim Hortons points or use my app for purchase credits! So upsetting! Food is as usual but limited in choices. Food Staff was careful and accommodating with allergies. Location is in Main terminal and close to gate 1-2
