Overall, everything met the basic standards you would expect from Tim Hortons — neither particularly impressive nor disappointing.nnThere was always someone cleaning, which was appreciated. However, due to the high volume of passengers at the airport, a certain level of messiness seemed unavoidable.nnThe service was efficient, including the speed of food preparation, and the quality did not appear to be compromised despite the fast pace.nnThe only part that felt a bit unusual was that the lady at the counter declined to scan my Tim Hortons membership. Although I didn’t fully understand the explanation, I respected her response — it just left me slightly puzzled, especially considering it is a chain store.
I will sincerely request to change the staff of cooking department as this needs to be fast and quick grab n go store. The slow motion work of the elderly person is making many people wait for small things. Not complaining but suggesting. This will cause many people tensed about their flights. The line is also very very long because of this slow work. Liked the food but very slow!
Genuinely the slowest Tim Hortons known to mankind. Everybody is moving and talking in slow motion and laughing and chatting while there’s a huge line of people waiting to order and waiting for their food. Multiple people walking out of the ordering line and with un-happy faces. It feels like 4/5 of the staff are on their first training shift- I’m tempted to hop the counter and start making bagels myself.nDon’t come here if there is a line and you don’t have 45 minutes to wait.
Really fast to take your order but very slow to deliver. Been waiting for a wrap for over 25minutes. There was 12ish orders before me and instead of focusing on getting all the orders done, they just took orders of 15+ people. There’s a huge queue and two person making the food. Ridiculous setup for an airport
Food prices at Pearson Airport are definitely on the higher side. We walked around Terminal 1’s domestic flight area checking out the options, but after seeing a salad priced at $27 just down the hall at another restaurant, we decided to avoid the price gouging and went to Tim Hortons instead.nnWe ordered two chicken bacon club wraps, two bottles of Diet Coke, and a chocolate milk, which came to just over $30 with tax. While that’s relatively affordable compared to some of the other options, the quality was pretty standard. It’s one of those situations where you know airport food is expensive, but it still feels odd paying that much for something so basic. ‍
