Tim Hortons

I’ve never had such a great experience at a Tim Horton’s before in my life. Lovely staff, very helpful, cheery, efficient and checking in on me to make sure I got what I’m looking for, the food was delicious and the place very clean. I got a hot sandwich so fast I had it even before I got my coffee.

My overall experience at this Tim Hortons has been consistently bad. For the past five days, every time I’ve tried to order the potato wedges/veggies, I either get told they’re not allowed to make them or that it will take a long time. I’ve visited at different times of the day, and the excuse is always the same. It’s frustrating and disappointing to see this lack of consistency and customer service. Definitely not what I expect from Tim Hortons.

This may take the cake for the absolute worst Tim Hortons I've ever been to. It's a pathetic excuse for a restaurant. I'm normally just mad at the chain itself because it has been going downhill for years. But this is actually the employee's fault. They actually just don't care at all. No matter what I order, it's always wrong. Oh, and when it's right, it looks like a dog's breakfast. Don't expect class when you're going to a Tim Hortons. I know, but maybe cooked food or a toasted bagel. I may just go back in the future for a laugh. I can't even believe it has a rating of 3. That's way too high for this place. Please, I beg you to close this place down. It is so pathetic. Don't even try doing better pack up and try something else you've failed. Unreal. I'm clearly a fool to keep going to this place, I know. Some days I'm just super late and hungry, and it's the only Tim's by my work. But my above comments still ring true. They truly stink. Today I asked for a bagel with bacon. The photo I posted is the disaster. For some reason, they slammed a soggy hash brown into the bagel...? Why do you continue to torment me?

this is the worst tim I have ever been to. They are always wrong at order .Its the only tim hortons on my way to work so its easy for me to get there but the food and service they give is just annoying . They give wrong orders all the time and missing items as well. It is the 4th time I am getting overcooked bagel which turned black due to it . They should shut it down If they can't give the order correct . They put cream when I order a bagel without creme . They don't put chipotle inside hashbrown when i ask them to do so and I am charged for everything even if they miss it . I don't have much time in the morning because I have to go to work but it is weird and this is not accepted If it happens once or twice I accept it but not regularly . I let it go at first but this time I am frustrated.

I always appreciate a Tim’s for their variety and service but this one is by far the worst one. Everytime I place an order there is one employee who always takes my order, and she always messes it up - on purpose. She also isn’t friendly despite greetings and politeness. I’ve previously ordered a bagel and cream cheese, the cream cheese was a blob. I then ordered an iced caramel latte a few weeks later - I was given a hot latte. After this I said I requested an iced. The same drink was then made into a frappe and I stated that this isn’t a latte - to which the same employee said no that is a latte. Today I needed coffee and tried my luck, went and asked for an iced caramel latter again. Again the same employee, she asked me what size and I said medium. I was then given a small cup. I’m just so frustrated and disappointed because why are you messing up my order ON PURPOSE when I simply request for a very straightforward order, nothing complex. This is insanity.
