Very Poor service I ordered sea salt wedges as a vege option, the store decided not to have it and the employees refused to give me another vege option and all their donuts and timbits were all non veg, after 2 employees arguing and refusing to refund me they said they will give me a wrap which they put meat in it.nnTim Hortons teach your employee's better customer service and update your menus according to availability drop scamming your customers!

The place is not bad food is really good sometimes really messy and not fresh. What I don’t like some workers are really rude and don’t have patience. The place looks nice as an average Tim’s but can be better for Toronto these days!

I can't honestly rate the food as the service was so slow I could not wait to order. Do not blame the lone staff member there. They were doing what they could. Blame management for not having enough staff. This isn't the first time that there has been a line to the door.

This Tim Hortons is alright. Last time I was here was in November 2023.nnBest part:n1 Customer service was alright and decent.n2 Location is right by the Highway.n3 Washroom was okay although it should be better maintained.nnWorst parts:n1 They need to renovate the place.n2 They need to make it Zero waste and promote sustainability.n3 No place for bikes or scooter.nnOther than that this Tim’s is alright and decent. Just hope they improve on everything that is important or needs to be improved.
