Avalon Dental Care

We have never been treated so bad as we were today by Dr Liily. My adult son was treated like dirt and refused treatment she wouldn't listen to the plan created by a previous dentist in her office. And he was berated by her because he doesn't have a drug plan and accused of being a drug seeker even tho they have proof of his dental issues and infection + nerve pain. Dr Lilly walked out on us didn't say the appointment was done just threw the prescription papers at my son. The hygienist was even shocked by her behavior. My son came in with major nerve pain due to a filling the office did a week ago and we left with shock and her telling us that he is stupid for not having dental coverage and dentists don't prescribe pain meds. And wanted us to keep listening to her "speech" about dental care. Thankfully I managed to get him some antibiotics and toradol for the pain. I would think twice about trusting this office unless you have great coverage and don't have any emergencies. Never in my life have I had to defend my child like I did today and I hope he never gets treated like this again. I am thankful I was there with him other wise he would have been left with no help for his nerve pain from their previous filling and we all know what tooth pain feels like!!

Highly recommend if you have a phobia of the dentist. You will forget all about it. Great staff who genuinely cares about your oral health!

Seriously the best dental office I've ever been to. They are all so pleasant and kind. Dr Oliver is the best. They never try and make you get expensive treatments but offer you alternatives. I hate going to the dentist but this office makes it a little easier.

If possible I would give this dentist office 10 stars, they are fantastic! I have been coming here since they opened and I have never had a bad experience. Very honest and incredibly helpful, being a student that is coming close to no longer having regular dental coverage they are quick to offer helpful and reasonable options for me to continue to get regular cleanings. I always have my teeth cleaned by a different hygienist and have never had anything but a great experience with any of them, always very personable, very helpful and very patient. My latest visit I had my teeth cleaned by Tricia, she was so helpful and very informative- highly recommend seeing her. Avalon Dental Care has set my standards pretty high for any future dental care!

Let's face it.. we hate going to the dentist. Well at least I do, so when I got the pleasure of having (Dr) Jason and Sabrina working on me, whooa.. that's a great tag team in and of itself. It was a sheer pleasure! We laughed and joked around and it didn't even feel like a dental appointment except for the hands in my mouth! I might also mention that the ladies at the front desk are ohh so lovely to deal with. So if you're looking for a new dentist, these guys are the ones to call.. you won't regret it!
