Very friendly and welcoming front staff. Bed very comfortable. Shower pressure a little low. Some noise from the hallway. Lots of amenities and little touches

Friendly and helpful staff, the pub next door has good food. Found the lack of signs outside the hotel kind of weird. I almost didn't notice the main entrance because I was looking for a big best western sign, but maybe I'm dumb.

Check In was efficient. Staff friendly. Coffee in my room was really bad. Had issue with noise from other room when they took a shower. It was a very load squealing noise.

Great location, very reasonable price. The staff are friendly and effective. Not a bad view for the area.

Great hotel to stay for a sports tournament. Clean rooms, friendly staff , warm and welcoming. Highly recommended for a quick stay in the Courtenay/ Comox area.
