Burger King

There was a manager here who treated my step-sister kindly. Even though the stuff she said was cliche, for example, "Would you like a crown?" It was still nice to hear that type of good vibe coming from a fast food store that you wouldn't expect to happen. The manager, I think she was one, was nice to me too asking how my day was and stuff. It was more than a meal I ordered, it was the courtesy I got in return which made my day.

Wow! The store Manager was super rude! My friend bought dinner for her kids and when she got home a burger was missing she called they took her name and number and told her to come and pick it up when she was ready. When she went they treated her like she was lying and trying to RIP them off. It was a whopper jr. Plus she was buying extra food which she paid for. So instead of replacing a whopper jr. She laughed at my friend told her she should have got the name of the person she talked to. My friend then asked to have her money back that she didn't want the order and this woman keeps talking and telling my friend how she was wrong and that she should have the receipt or the name of the person she spoke with.. sigh what is going on with these places ?? It's a WHOPPER JR.. IT COST $2.00! So now the store manager lost some customers. Tsk tsk..!!

Service good very nice people to talk and BIg whopper at Wednesday .I also like Apple pie ,chicken nuggets and onion ring too .I love fish burger and veggie burger.Differently place to eat.

UPDATE REVIEW... This place has really changed their wrong-doings of serving cold food at the drive thru. They now serve you hot fresh food. Mind you I had to complain to upper management, they did the job and turned things around. Credit is due where it is due, I really appreciate the effort guys. Keep up the good work 👍

First of all, I have to make a correction. I put this review in the wrong place. This review is for the Burger King restaurant at 104 ave and King George not for this BK restaurant. I have never been to this restaurant. I tried to cancel this review after I put it here but it was still here. If somebody who knows how to delete it please do so. Also I changed the rating from 1 star for that restaurant to 3 star for this restaurant so that my review will not affect the total rating for this restaurant significantly. I went there last night at about 12am and went to the front door. The door was locked and one of the employees make a closed gesture. But actually the drive through was still open. I was not from that area so I was not familiar with the restaurant and I did not know the drive through was still open. Their employee should have at least pointed to the drive through direction to show me that it was still open but he didn't. I went to the next door McDonald, bought a meal and drove to the Burger King parking lot to eat. While I was eating there I found the Burger King drive through was still open. Then I went to the door again to check if they had the schedule for the drive through on the door and it was not there, which was different from McDonald ( their drive through schedule was on the door). In terms of food, I like more Burger King than McDonald but I don't think their service and management are as good as MacDonald. I was unhappy that night. That BK restaurant lost a customer at least one time and made a loyal customer unhappy. Maybe their night shift employees were scared of being robbed at that late time so that the part in their brain that was in charge of customer service was closed?
