Nice and friendly staff at the counter. Food is standard A&W quality. They would bring food to your table, which was something I wasn't used to, since I most went to food court A&Ws. 

A lady kept coming by asking if I'd like "more coffee" (3 times). Nice service. But I had a tea bag clearly visible on my tray...

The men's washroom door seemed to have problem. I wasn't able to open it with the key provided. I wanted to ask if it was for one person only or if the door was broken. But all the staff were gone. Not even a person at the counter...

Great breakfast. The breakfast crowd is mostly composed of older retired men.  The person in charge is super friendly and warm.  She knows many of the diners by first name.  Surprisingly their prices are a little higher than those in another branch I frequent!  But the warmth and welcoming atmosphere is worth it.  If you are looking to have your breakfast in warm homey place, A&W KG is your best choice.

Good is passable it is fast food after all.
I work in the area and come here often.
But today it has been the second time I was handed my good briskly and with out even listening to my request for extra ketchup since 2 is never enough to go with the fries.
I was ignored .
I just got the feeling here is you good now f off.
This has happened a few times now.
And from the manager.
I know it's lunch time and you are busy.

Excellent customer service!! Staff was friendly and welcoming. Brought the order to the table and came around every 15 to refill coffee. Definitely the best customer service I've ever had at a fast food restaurant.

I had an amazing experience here. The best customer service so far at any fast food restaurant I've been to. We were greeted and helped by each and every employee. Holly was really very sweet and helpful. I'll recommend this restaurant to all my friends and family. 😁
