Ordered just a Filet-o-fish burger around lunch time. Burger was great! Buns were warm, fish was hot, and they put a good amount of sauce. Had to wait a while though as they seemed busy which is to be expected during lunch time.

We ordered a sandwich with extra sauce, and these idiots couldn’t even bother to add the regular amount! Absolutely ridiculous. The management seriously needs to get their kitchen team in order — this kind of carelessness is unacceptable. Extremely disappointed and never coming back.

Kind of stumped at the fact that I couldn’t buy uno cards for my daughter. Both managers denied me andnsaid I had to buy a happy meal. I explained I cannot as it’s not kosher meat and my child cannot eat it. A muslim manager came out saying those were the rules and I had to buy if I wanted the toy. I explained we’re Muslim and It wouldn’t make sense because we can’t consume the food. She still insisted which is wild to me. I’ve bought toys in the past and it was never a problem. Didn’t realize how strict they got with the rules in regard to not being able to buy certain toys if the meal is not bought.

I am extremely disappointed and outright shocked by the level of disrespect at this McDonald’s. I specifically asked for fresh food, and they still gave me old, stale, completely cold food as if customers don’t matter at all. When I called the store to complain, they didn’t even bother to listen — they hung up the phone on me.nThis is absolutely ridiculous and shows zero professionalism, zero responsibility, and zero respect for customers. I’m done with this place, and I strongly warn others to stay away. This location clearly does not care about quality or customer service.nnThe staff at this location behave as if they have no training, no manners, and no interest in serving customers. Their attitude is downright rude and disrespectful. It feels like they don’t care about the job at all — they throw cold, low-quality food at customers and act irritated when someone asks for proper service. Instead of doing their work responsibly, they bring their personal anger from home and dump it on customers. This level of unprofessional behaviour is completely unacceptable and shows a total failure in management and staff discipline.

My husband went to get hot pancakes and coffee today. He used his debit card, the money was deducted from our account, the cashier said that debit didn't go through. My husband was showing the manager the bank statement and the manager wouldn't listen to him and started to argue with him. He, the manager told my husband to leave the restuarant. My husband then asked another manager if she could give him the head office email and phone number so we could email the bank statement to the head office. This manager was nice and gave him his meal which they charged for it. Being a manager for McDonald's, the manager is putting the company's name down. Shame on the first manager, treating customers like garbage
