Sub par service. While I understand todays youth use this restaurant as a stepping stone for their career progess, they should also understand what customer service is and how important food presentation is to the customers who are dining. Either do your job with pride and enjoy what you are doing for the customer genuinely or move on to find another job please!

I’ve been coming here since February - April 2018. every Sunday Monday Tuesday only to get coffee maybe a fish filet too. Every time I reach the person giving me my food or taking my money there’s never a smile from the worker, they look miserable. What that automatically tells me is that I won’t Be getting what I asked... and this has happened at least three times. Either my coffee is warm- cold. I’ve even asked for a fresh filet and I’ve confirmed a second time is it fresh, the person tells me yeah... and guess what you eat the sandwich and it’s cold... I want what I pay for and if your miserable working there then don’t. I’ve even called to complain and nobodies answering their phone... ive even asked the worker taking my money why are you miserable, a smile finally came, but the next week, miserable again!

The food at this location (fries and drinks) are terrible I had ordered fries and they weren't even salted and I had ordered 1 coke and 1 sprite and they tasted absolutely disgusting. I am very dissatisfied!

It is ok for an affordable chicken salad for lunch and vanilla cone is delicious, but for everything else I would prefer a higher quality food.

There has been a problem with my order every time I've gone to this location, too much to even go into...and the staff that I've encountered has never been respectful or accommodating. Any other location is so much better!
