Burger King

We came into the restaurant and put our order in right away. 4 different customers came and got their orders right away. We asked about out Mobile order and were told by the server that we are to notify them when we put an order in. We are regulars at Burger King and have always raved about their service and that the food is always hot. It was lukewarm today!! We didn't complain as we were not happy with with the rudeness of the server. I had a large hot chocolate and was given a 25g hot chocolate mix to use in the large cup. Of course it was hot chocolate water. The server brought the supervisor out and they said this time there is no charge but next time there will be. Please read the instructions on the making of the hot chocolate on the package. I asked if the manager was in but wasn't just the supervisor. I said I would write the manager.

We decided to come into the restaurant today as we had a rather larger order to take to people. Why is this restaurant resemble a cold prison from 1950? It’s so ugly and run down. We were there in the middle of the afternoon and not another person in the restaurant and one car going thru the drive-thru. We were rushed with our order and lots of eye rolling happening. He was by no means pleasant. We felt like a burden being there. It’s very difficult for seniors who don’t know the menu to make a decision with the flashing menu boards. And he who starts with an N was no help. Speed is not the only skill to have in a fast food restaurant when no one else is in there!nMy question is why do these people seem to dislike Canadians and just want to mock them after we spend money in their restaurants???? Don’t get me started on the drive thru speakers and trying to get our orders correct.nI wish these places would have a pleasant front counter person who actually likes Canadians. No smiles, no patience, all men,bad service.nYou wanted a review done so here it is.

We were treated like queens and kings ; the man behind the counter was joyous soul and strove to put a smile on our faces. Not to mention the special deals are quite awesome . We began the day in the Lords House and were #blessed by the real King and then by the lovely staff and the #realgrillmarks. If I get my way we'll be back next Sunday.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food came quick even though it was packed A+++
