Definitely need signs showing were handicap accessible parking. For people who aren't from the city. We off a road that didn't have any handicap parking, once parked my husband asked a worker multiple times were is the accessible parking is. She just looked at him like he had 2 heads. Explained parking by the front door. She still had no clue what he was talking about. It took customers to help us find the accessible parking. Only 1 spot, not even available.
Went to A&W 2 days ago. I got the yam fries and I should have known they weren't going to give me the sauce with it. They fin didn't give the Chipotle sauce as they always do. Even if you didn't give the sauce which is not the case you could've asked if we'd like it which they didn't. Very disappointed with the lack of respect I received.
The Teenburgers were great and the service was fine. But the place often looks dirty, and they always have part of the seating area closed off for some strange reason. The seating area isn't very big. Why close off perfectly good tables? Toonmuch work to mop that extra space? I always have to wonder.
Food was very good, fries and pop was marvellous, onion rings could be better but were still good. We were able to eat outside and it was nice and pleasant. I also love that they use reusable cups and fry containers.
Worst ever! And I mean ever!nJust because you work in the drive through does NOT excuse your poor service. It's a hamburger for goodness sake! You treat people like they are beneath you and then you have the audacity to tell me that a hamburger and fries is $18nOh no! Not only will I not be treated like that but I won't ever pay that much for a fast food berger! Ever.nYou don't serve ice cream or floats or slushies...youre a horrible business with worse service.
