Tim Hortons

This is my third time, same experience in Tim hortons. I like Bostoncreem Donuts in Tim hortons. I ordered Donut from the drive-through. She gave me Donut in the bag, but all chocolate sticks on the bag wrapper. I was driving again to the drive-through, and she gave me another donut, but that one is also the same as before I requested another. She told me this is the last one Bostoncreem we have. You can see those pictures which I bought.

Today I was passing by the city when I found this tim Hortons. The food especially the new poppy seed muffins were so tasty that I could have taken more. The coffee was served fresh as usual and overall experience was truly delightful. The management and team members truly deserved 5 stars from my experience. Would love to come back again

In term of taste , I have best iced coffee in this location. I am sipping here and there . But, somehow this iced coffee is so tasting. Taste is extremely nice but 60% is only ice that only bad thing. Other than that, it’s really fast and nice.

THIS MESSAGE IS FOR THE OWNER OF THIS LOCATION…you have to be attentive and visit your store often to see how these stupid staff members running your franchise. Zero customer service. They don’t pay any attention to their customer waiting in line for order but they’re more busy talking to each other. They need someone who can manage their performance and the quality of the service. Tim Horton food quality and customer service going down day by day.

We were visiting Yorkton first time and were so shocked how these staff runs this place so bad. This is the Tim Horton’s on 160 Broadway, Yorkton, Saskatchewan.nI told the girl on the till that there were flies on the donuts and instead of being apologetic she raised her voice at me and said, WHAT DO YOU WANT ME TO DO? I told her you’re selling donuts contaminated with flies and as if it is normal? I’d like her remove from her job as she’s got no zero customer service. She was also telling the other staff what happened and the rest were laughing and giggling! I was so mad but i just contained myself and keep my composure. The other thing i noticed that place looks so dirty
