Burger Factory

Stopped in for lunch today. My first time going to Burger Factory to eat. Very comprehensive menu and lots of variety. The place is very clean and laid out nicely. I decided to have the Cheesy Lucy which is a cheeseburger that is also stuffed in the middle with cheese. It was prepared fresh while I waited and was very enjoyable. The fries were quite good as well. It’s a bit pricey as it cost $17.49 for the combo after tax but it’s is definitely a step up from the regular fast food restaurants. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone but be prepared for a bit of sticker shock if you’re used to the other fast food burger chains.

We were back again to Burger Factory in Windsor after they have re-opened in the same location along with another Subs franchise. My kids always order the Lucy juicy burger with fries or onion rings and me and my wife ordered the Machine that has 2 x 5oz patties combo with fries and onion rings. I also ordered a jalapeno popper to try. We waited about 15 minutes for the food which was not bad at all. When we got the food, I have noticed right away that the size of the burger got smaller compared to how it used to be before. I would say it is 2 thirds the size. The burger itself was juicy and delicious and they use quality beef for their smashed burger patties. The burger buns were not good at all and they were a bit mushy and were not toasted properly. Nothing special about the jalapeno pepper that was not spicy at all. Staff were very friendly and professional. I would have rated it 4 or 5 if It wasn't for the type of buns they use.

My boys and I were looking for the best place for funnel cake.We went to burger factory at walker road,Windsor for the first time today and we will definitely be back!!!! The funnel cakes are made fresh!!The owner was super nice and you could tell that he loves what he does. Really top notch all around!!

The food was good. I had the Juicy Lucy and it wasn't bad. I was expecting it to be cheesier than the average cheese burger. The fries were nothing special but the Tornado fries were better. It was a bit awkward when we went in, there was only one other couple in the place and they seemed to be friends and family. We waited about 10 minutes for someone to come out of the back. Overall the food was good but I wasn't blown away by their signature burger.

The burger was not like in the pictures. The burger and bun was very bland with a very thin piece of meat. It looked much better and bigger in the menu photos. Onion rings tasted like the oil haven't been changed for a long time. I didn't like it and it was very pricey..I felt cheated since I thought that this place served gourmet burger which its not the case.

I liked it. The burgers were juicy and tasted okay. The meat had no seasoning including salt which tasted a bit bland. Quantity is great, excellent seating area and very clean. They serve Halal meet. Prices are reasonable.

really good burger. i tried the triple pattie one which was very well made. the meat was very tended and juicy. i would rate this as a great choice to try when visiting windsor. especially since the food served in this establishment is hand slaughtered halal as per the owner. the only thing i would suggest to improve would be timing. i was told that it takes 15 minutes to make due to which i ordered accordingly so that it could be ready in time. however, i had to wait a lot more even after i reached as they didnt start the order.

Food was ready instantly. The food was really good. Cashier was also very kind. Would recommend.

The food was pretty good. We both had the crispy chicken sandwich combo. It was great. Fries are hand cut and made on site. They were fantastic. The house sauce was quite good on both the sandwich and to dip your fries in. Smal business feel. We'll go back. Vegetarian options: Plant based burger option available.
