I have come to 5 guys maybe 4 or 5 times since they opened in 2019, and I always leave satisfied with my meal. The only thing not satisfied is my wallet. I find it a bit crazy for a fast food place to charge what they do at 5 guys. 50 dollars for 2 little fries, 2 cheeseburgers, and a milkshake. That's a bit nuts. Simon's prime burger offers the same quality of food at a wider range of choice and is cheaper for the same meal. In the end, 5 guys is a good treat, but not affordable for everyone, which is a shame.
Whoever manages and operates the Windsor Five Guys is really ruining the name. The staff runs around like chickens with their heads cut off. I ordered my two burgers online, it said order ready in 6-11 minutes. I went inside after 15 minutes and went to the pickup counter and said I was picking up my order, after another 20 minutes 4 people who ordered in person after I got there got their orders first… will never go to this location or any other five guys. The Detroit locations are much better but they’ve ruined it. Will let others know not to have their time wasted at the Windsor Five Guys.
When we think about good food, 5 Guys is always our first option and it never disappoints. tastes of everything was outstanding, me and my friends might have been the best meal I have ever been served. Service was delightful and very professional. 10/10. Vegetarian options: Grilled cheese burger, all toppings, fries..............
I'm a visually impaired 80+ yr old who visited this location with my wife for a burger and fries. I was extremely disappointed when I went to order and immediately noticed that the order-taking staff member's English was not understandable. After some difficulty and a 20 minute plus waiting period, we received what we noticed later was an incorrect order. When paying for my already overpriced food, I asked the staff member for some assistance as I was unable to read the debit machine. It would appear he didn't understand English any better than he spoke it. Instead of asking whether I would like to leave a tip, he went ahead and entered a 20% tip for himself and handed me the machine to complete the purchase. I would not return to this location nor would I recommend anyone else do so.
Great hamburger and fries , they give you plenty of fries also cooked in peanut oil ,lots of bonus fries in the bag and the hamburger is made fresh to order with plenty of options for toppings. The staff is very friendly at this branch. All in all a good experience and good value. Better burgers than going to the fast food chains. cheers!
First time going to five guys and it didn't disappoint, the food tasted great! I had the bacon cheeseburger and fries both of which were emjoyable! The service was okay a little on the slower side.Food: 5/5
Very bad experience I am truck driving comes every day near there। Store to dilver , mostly I came every second day , a white lady working there to whom I never saw her before she told me not to use washroom as you don't buy and thing as I have buy many time such a disrespect towards Canadian driver driving truck from 13 years helping to continue food chain I will complain to headoffice as well thanks for not using your washroom I will inform my all community boycott five guy and give then there review beacuse social media have lots of power
the burgers here are hands down unmatched. the french fries are p.e.i potatoes which are in a world of their own. just wow. in foodie paradise. thank you.
In the beginning this place was hoping big time. Food was amazing and service outstanding. Over the time it's dropped dramatically with the food quality and service. Fix the obvious issue in the restaurant to be golden againFood: 2/5
Burgers were great. Staff were very friendly. Good portions. No tap on payment terminal. The fountain pop machine is not the new touchscreen ones like the ones in the USA locations. No sweet tea available.
