Decided to come here on a Sunday evening in early May — we were pleasantly surprised. Ironically, no one in my family of four ordered chicken wings. The food was excellent and every plate was cleared! This is extremely unusual with kids. The standouts were the brisket sandwich and all American cheeseburger. The fries were crispy and hot — with a pepper seasoning that we all loved. The wife ordered a ‘Buffalo Zoo’ and enjoyed it. In all, we left full and content. Reasonably priced with good service — thanks Bruce! Will come again when in the Soo.
Employees were friendly, greeted us when we walked to the restaurant. Our waitress took was quick yo come to our table, was friendly and checked on us often. The person who brought out our food greeted us with a smile. The food was delicious and fresh.
First time my husband and I went, he got the completely wrong burger. Second time, we went back giving the benefit of the doubt, I got this. picture below. Only seared. Luckily they were kind enough to only charge us for our appetizer. But after waiting 50 minutes, I was disappointed because it was my dinner before night shift, and I didn’t have time to wait for more cold food. I felt sorry for all staff because it’s clear they’re overworked and understaffed.
Slow service. 2 tables were served food before us, but they arrived after us. 1 hour wait for standard pub food is not right. A gentleman came to our table to reinforce our wait time, asking us if we had been waiting long, we said yes, he didnt apologize, just asked us if the food was worth the wait, we replied negatively. It was not busy. If you are not willing to wait, go elsewhere, it's nothing special to warrant a wait as they tried to imply.
By far the worst service I've ever had..... over a half hour for our drinks and almost 2 hours for cold food !!! Never again... poor service a couple years ago so I figured I would try again, boy was I wrong ! Waiter was very rude when I said our food was ice cold.... I would give zero stars if I could..
For food and drinks it only let me put a one star rating but I don't think it deserves that. The drinks were horrible, garlic parmesan bone in wings and boneless wings and lemon pepper bone in wings were very greasy and garlic parmesan wings were kind of spicy and greasy. Tequila used in drinks was a bad taste. I always enjoyed buffalo wild wings and have went here many times, but tonight was the worst experience with food and drinks I have ever had there and would not recommend to anyone. Will not be going back.
The nice thing about BDubs is you know what your going to get, it's usually very consistent and this night was no different. Food was fine, we had pretzel knots fantastic boneless wings fine and the Buffalo tots excellent . The food was as to be expected, and the service was great. Everything was prompt, food was hot and the beer was cold.
Actually one of the cooler BWs in my opinion with it's decorations as it includes jerseys from the local college, LSSU, and Canadian teams and a beer on tap from Soo brewing, here in town. It's never been busy when I've been here - but I'm sure it gets busier on game days
Sarah was awesome. Never ran out of drinks and she was so friendly. Love her. Overall good place to eat. What out for the hottest wings on the menu lol
Gets a 1 star for the courteous hostess who greeted us. Disgusting lounge. Every table had dishes with food, as well as the bar. No bussing of any tables, no bartender to take orders..clearly understaffed but is still no excuse to have a restaurant that disheveled. It was steady but not packed. Floor managers and hostesses should be running food and cleaning tables. Can only imagine if it was summer with the flies. Walked out without even seeing anyone.
