It was a nice experience that. I have tried steak,lobster, ribs, nachos and their dessert. It was tasty with good quantity. Everything has its own taste and flavors. It is a one of the best place in sault to chill with your friends to have dinner with a glass of beer.
Update: I went a second time and I have to say the experience was a lot worse. Our server delivered all our drinks 15 to 20 minutes after ordering. Our food took over an hour to come out. At the end of the meal we were hit with a 3% up charge that I felt should have been told to us rather than just assuming people would look at the separate menu page. It felt like I was lied to about the food prices on the menu. Instead of raising food prices they keep them low so guests think they are paying less and then when the bill comes they have a surprise charge. I don’t trust this place. ————————————————————————— Service was quick and very polite. Drinks were some of the best priced in town. We only got desert and it was delicious. I recommend the OMG Carrot Cake we got. Casear was $5.00 and my 30 oz beer was 7$. Cake was $7.00.
If you are in Sault Ste. Marie, go to this restaurant. It’s a cool retro, yet modern vibe indoors and outdoors. The Harley Davidson when you first enter is beautiful. The steaks, salads and fries are tasty too, and service is given with a smile.
This place has great prices. The service was decent, food was delicious with one exception. I had a full rack of ribs with fries. They served me fries that were at least 45 minutes old and refried. They were extremely stale, hard, and burnt. A tip with the nachos, maybe put the salsa and sour cream in side dishes instead of blobs on top? Its very unpleasant. Other then that, I really enjoyed the food.
First they didn't have new york strip 10oz portion, then no baked potatoes were available, then no green tea. The ladies washroom was a little bit rough looking. The servers was attentive though, and we were seated fairly promptly. It was a so-so experience. Kid-friendliness: There are highchairs available. Parking: Plenty of parking in a clean lot.
Well I've eatin' at many different Chuck's but let me tell you... this was by far the best experience I've had. Ordered the 7oz sirloin for my self and hubby got the 10oz New York... Cooked to perfection. Wish I took a pic. Juicy, seasoned perfectly and service was on point. Server checked in and so did manager to ensure we were happy. Topped off with a chuck size Caesar, amazing dinner!! I'll be back! Thanks for a great dinner
Met up with friends who were also visiting Sault Ste Marie. So we dined here three days in a row. Our server the first two nights was Annie. The third night we had Paxton as our server. They were both excellent and helped to make our meals very enjoyable. The meals were well prepared and all four of us enjoyed our dinners. The dessert menu is small but delicious I had the sticky toffee pudding the first night and carrot cake the following two nights, but I did try a couple of bites of the cookie crumble and Ice-cream as well. I'm glad I left room for dessert. Reasonably priced with very good service with lots of televisions for the sports fans
We had a new waitress and she was delightful. We ordered surf and turf and we were underwhelmed. It was okay but somewhat bland and the meat was a little over cooked for medium rare. Limited drink options and no bread. We did enjoy the carrot cake. I would advise drying glasses before bringing them to the table and offering more napkins - one does not seem to do the trick. Service made it enjoyable but cost for what was received seemed off the mark.
Well we decided to go out to chucks roadhouse for my mothers birthday dinner. She is just turning 79. We were extremely disappointed. My mother's baked potato was rotten, so they replaced it and that one was bad as well. My mom's friend ordered a new York steak. She asked for red and green peppers and it came smothered in pepper. It was too spicy. When I asked if they were going to adjust the bill, they Said they would take off only $1.23, because they had replaced the potato,but I told our waitress that one was rotten as well. Then I asked for the manager and was told there wasn't one,so I asked for a supervisor. He came over and looked at the potato and said he would give me dessert for free. That was all he would do . Our bill came to 120.00.In my.opinion it was a terrible meal and they need to make some changes.I really wouldn't recommend it if you want a nice dining experience. We won't be going back. When you pay over 100 dollars for a meal you expect it to be top notch, not sub par..Disgusting meal
Took my aunt for her birthday lunch today and I have to say a great experience. My steak was over cooked so the manager sent me a new one and took complete care of this situation even though I said I didn't need to spend it back as it was just a lunch. I really appreciated that he made me a priority. Food was delicious and everyone enjoyed themselves.
