Topper's Pizza

Of all the "chain" pizza joints in town this is my preferred one. They have some interesting pizza options, as well as a lactose free option. This isn't gourmet pizza, but it gets the job done. Pickle chips taste alright, but them being soggy is kinda of a turn off.

While waiting in the parking lot for my haircut appointment with Ezzio's, I saw Toppers and I was like 'oh there's a pizza restaurant here.' I was hungry and it was the closest place I can buy something to eat. I went in and met this longhaired dude named Micheal or Mike, I don't remember him well. He was super friendly and very helpful. He's ebullient and offered the best costumer service ever. Their pizza was pretty decent but what makes me like this place the most is the way they serve customers. Sometimes it's just about providing the best customer service. Big shout out to Micheal or Mike for the dedication to serving the community. Keep up the good work forks!

Excellent product. Fast and friendly service. Attractive comfortable facilities. Broad menu with some great variety additions to the Sault's standard pizza fare. Definitely worth trying.

Nice easy pick up. First available Toppers when you're coming into Ontario from out west. Made for a great dinner time road trip meal.

I was in this Toppers Pizza location and the manager started yelling at the staff in the establishment for no good reason and it made the person he was yelling at upset. I used to like coming to this location but now that I've seen the management in this establishment I will not be coming here anymore. I think staff should be treated with respect. The food is good but the management is rude and cruel to the Staff. The staff seem very kind and generous in this location and should be treated fairly.

I ordered a pizza and it was late delivery like hour and 15 mins and got brought the wrong order and I called and they told me I'd get call back by manager next day , it's been two months, not a call, an apology or anything so I call back and they say be another week cause manager isn't in, I was a good customer and to get treated like that is just plain disgusting and not good business sense, I've spent so much money there and I get that treatment, you lost my business and I'd never recommend you to anyways you are below one star service to me Victor Duguay 56 Atwater street Look it up manager and see how much I called you guys, well never again

I found they only had one option for slices. It was a pepperoni slice. I ordered two of them .One for my wife and one for me. They lacked flavour as far as my wife and I thought. The price was ok thou.

Toppers is a weird place. At times they can make what I feel is almost certainly the greatest pizza in all of the Soo. Then they manage to make it somehow comparable to Little Caesars on a different day. Though to be honest they manage to nail it more times often then not, and if they mess up my order or if I have any questions they are more than willing to help me out. Not to mention their delivery people are top notch, real elite. So why is it three stars if they got good pizza and good service? Because they got rid of the spicy tomato sauce for the pizza. That was the whole reason I got into Toppers in the first place. It's just not the same.

Online ordering wont accept a billing address longer than 20 characters, ordering over the phone is a nightmare with people who sound like they are underwater and can't hear 10 numbers in a row and comprehend them, then when you finally get past the excrutiating ordeal they won't take a card over the phone. I'm trying to get pizza to someone else, I'm not there to give my card at the door.
