Park Grille

I have never written a review before... This restaurant exceeded all of my expectations. The service was excellent. The food was very good. I ordered a lasagna which was very good. my spouse said that his hamburger was the best he had eaten in all of our road trip in Canada we've been on the road for 6 weeks and the kids enjoyed high quality chicken fingers.

This place is really really good food wise. So far I've tried their self-proclaimed best hamburger in the city. I'm going to agree with them on that as it was the best tasting Burger I have had in a while. I also tried the reuben and it was fantastic. Their fries are unreal and gravy is delicious. I took away two stars because the service is atrocious. This place gets very busy at lunch and there were two ladies working. there must have been 60 to 75 people come in for lunch. These poor ladies were running around crazy unable to keep up. We felt very bad for them but also we felt ignored and unserviced.

Nice place to unwind for lunch. Regulars are friendly enough, and food was good. Ordered the philly sandwich and it was middle of the road, it wasn't bad, but it wasn't that flavourful. Mushrooms seemed canned rather then fresh. It was busy and service was friendly but sparce. Nice if you don't want to be fussed over, not ideal if you want things quickly. Not saying that's a bad thing, depends what you're looking for. Overall it was a positive experience

They should advertise the best Philly cheese steak, not the best burger. The burger is not good. The Philly is. The rest the items I’ve had are palatable. They have cold draught beer. The place is clean and the atmosphere is industrial diner/bar style. The service is the weakest point. It’s not the servers themselves, they’re great. It their lack of a system. It’s a seat yourself thing and the place is big and can become busy. Sometimes you have 3 servers asking the same question then you have none. If you have ever worked in the service industry or have ever eaten in a restaurant before you will notice this problem right away. Once or if you ever get your bill, you are expected to know that nobody will ever come back. It is now up to you to find and stand at the till and wait for one the floundering servers to take your money. It is so bizarre. Ill be back for the Philly but I’m bringing cash in a variety of denominations to leave on the table. I hope they find a system because I don’t mind this place.

Burgers and Sausage Burger are both excellent. Among the best in town. All you can eat fries with any combo are awesome too. Wait staff was friendly and we we had only waited about a minute before drink orders were taken. Food was delivered promptly after the waitress took our order. If you're looking for some good, cheap, and fast eats around lunch time Park Grille will satisfy those needs.

After hearing about positive dining experiences from friends, we decided to check out this place for ourselves....and it did not disappoint. The location and building itself are not the first place one would choose to dine at on a Saturday night, but the food made up for it. After having had fish tacos at another very popular burger joint in town, I decided to give fish tacos from Park Grille a try. They exceeded my expectations, and were far more delicious than the others I had tried. The fish was delicious, and the toppings fantastic. Also not spicy as the other ones I've had. I had to take the third taco home, as the meal was quite filling the conqueso appetizer was also great, and it tasted even better cold the next day. Would definitely order this again!

Went for lunch. This place was great when it first opened. Had a club sandwich. Not toasted as asked, Thin deli meat, not even real Turkey or chicken or ham for $9. Girlfriend had chicken fingers 3 of them for $9. $3/strip????. They were burnt and dry. Fries options are expensive and different price depending on the dish considering potatoes are the cheapest product for a restaurant.What a rip. Bar food at restaurant prices. Typical Soo restaurant that starts off great then tried to ride on its early reputation. We will not go back.

Tried this place on a whim while in town for my son's football game. Wow...this place is awesome! Tons and tons of food portions and incredible prices. Cool atmosphere also. Highly recommend!!!

THE best burgers in town...PERIOD! Excellent fries, tasty appetizers. Their Ruben is not only unique but will make you find a regular Reuben boring. Would give more stars if possible.

My waitress was great, however they served us frozen mozzarella sticks, and then when we asked to have new ones they put our half bitten ones back in the deep fryer and served them to us. The food was good but I couldn't get past how insanity that was.
