I didn’t have high hopes for Wings Etc. But I gotta say, my first time was far more dismal than I expected. The sauce was not mixed right and was like water. They just poured watery sauce liquid on my wings. I couldn’t even taste the Buffalo sauce. I sent it back and the waitress argued that the sauce is just buttery. I had her bring a cup of the sauce and it was much thicker. Nasty restaurant. I will never come back. Buffalo Wild Wings which is also terrible is 10 x better.
Great experience. Our server Jaylynn was very curtious and professional. There was great energy from the time we walked in to the time we left. The rest of the customers were enjoying themselves as well. Our food came out in a timely fashion and was amazing. I will be back to enjoy another experience. Thank you Jaylynn, great vibe honey.
Greta time with a few friends. Played a little keno, the kids played the claw machines that they had. Food was great would recommend if you like wings.
I had the chili cheese dog which came with fries. The inside of the dog was cold and the cheese was pour on. The fries were not hot. My husband had the wings which were very hot & very good. The reason for the 3 stars is because of my cold hot dog, warm barely fries and the fact that service was extremely slow - EXTREMELY
Even though they were slammed we were greeted immediately with friendly attentive service. The burgers and onion rings were amazing! We live close by and have been snoozing on this place for a couple years! We will 100% be back!
Boyfriend wanted to try somewhere new that offered wings. We read mixed reviews, but we wanted to try it. The speakers were way too loud, playing 90% commercials. We moved seats because our waitress couldn't even hear us and she suggested us to. Our server legit forgot about us after she dropped off our appetizers and was nowhere to be seen. So, 25+ minutes later he went up to the counter to order our food instead. I ordered the buffalo chicken wrap, which arrived with no buffalo sauce. We had to ask another waitress, Brittany, to see if we could get the sauce. She was wonderful the whole time and basically became our server and was doing her best to help us out and maintain her own tables. Our waitress came back eventually and asked if my bf wanted his drink refilled and then she never came back with his drink lol. It was the weirdest experience, if Brittany wasn't a saint, we were going to walk out due to poor service. We weren't the only table there who were vocal about how to get service lol. Food: Bf thought the wings were basically in soup sauce. I thought the tater tots were great and the buffalo chicken wrap was meh. Nacho french fries didnt come with the sour cream like they were supposed to and we couldnt ask our server about it. Fried pickles were okay, not the greatest in kzoo. The server helping us out offered us a free app coupon as consolation since the manager couldnt be found, we didn't ask her for that but it was a nice gesture!
I ordered traditional wings and they brought bone in wings. Then I also order the garlic Parm sauce and this is not their best sauce I would go with their hot sauce next time.Food: 4/5
We had burgers and wings...and, both were pretty darn good. The fries had a salt/pepper shake which was a great combo! Wasn't heavy one way or another. The burgers are touted as large, tho in all actual accounts, 4 Oz, double or not, is still not BIG. But, they had a decent flavor that is above say an Applebee's or Chili's. It's like something closer to a bar burger, tho without fresh and hand pattied, or that SPECIAL ingredient that some places who hold their burgers high in standard, will add to make them different from others. Again, great flavor and a good burger that can be counted on to ENJOY. 3.5 STAR on my BURGEROLOGY restaurant standard of 5 stars. The wings were PRETTY GOOD. I wasn't blown away by them but they seemed of great size and Tru to the flavor as advertised. Better than a REGULAR wing spot, but not that SPECIAL wing that I think a wing PLACE, should have. Def in parallel with a Buffalo Wild Wings and I'd say a solid wing experience worthy of a consistent and good return. The cheese crumbles for the burger and wings were good and great flavor. So, hats off to them on one of my FAVES. Atmosphere, besides the girl claiming to be highly intelligent and constantly claiming that she didn't usually talk about others, WAS RUNNING EVERYONE AND HER FATHER literally, down to some company. That woman dropped F-bombs more than a LIT of my retired mil friends...AND THAT says something. Yes, it was annoying in a slow Atmosphere where they sat RIGHT next to us with the whole place open, but, not a fault of the business. Being not too busy, the staff warn R around enough to hear it, or I had felt at are asking to be retailed elsewhere. Cursing isn't a huge deal to me, thus was simply ABSURDLY loud, and excessive with oversharing at its finest for Southern Michigan. I would have understood better in Battle Creek, but we were on 9th St. She did consistently allude to being staff at Western Michigan University, so that does make it more understood. They are the Southside of Universities. Staff swapped the channel over to a requested game and aside from some slow refills, super pleasant and professional. I've been to that location a few times and ALWAYS are the folks there pretty upbeat and accommodating. I'd say two thumbs up and worth the visit. Prices and amounts are pretty average, figure $15 per person for a burger plate. I'll be back for sure.
I had the boneless chicken wings and they were ok, some were a bit over done and they were drenched in sauce. Normally sauce is good but, the honey mustard was over powering and the amount of teriyaki sauce on the wings made them salty and bitter. I was hungry so I did eat lol!!! Kid-friendliness: Our waiter was very nice and courteous, she was attentive and helpful. Parking: There is plenty parking however, there are idiots who do not know how to park or drive in limited spaces.
Great wings, size, and flavors for the price. Too bad they are not local to me, but when I am traveling and find one I stop in!Food: 5/5
