Great service and food. I've never been to this restaurant before but it was recommended. Mango salad was the best I've had, the mixed vegetables had too many egg plants but I guess I missed that on the menu. It clearly stated it has lots of egg plant. Satay chicken was generous and tender. Normally I get dried satay. Everything was great and the price was modest. Dinner for two with no alcohol was $48. I will definitely go again.
We visited over Easter Long Weekend to this place. Tables were available as soon as we walked in, however, we called before getting there based on reviews n popularity. Food is average Thai food. We ordered Tom-Kha coconut lemongrass soup, Pad-Khee-Mao Drunken Noodles and Red Curry with Tofu. Curry was yum with balanced taste so as Soup. Noodles were okay lacking flavour and was very blended. These two dishes are our normal go to dishes at Thai place so we know what to expect. Taking 1 star off for Noodles. Staff was friendly. Ambience was nice. Not too much loud or noisy.
Not bad... portions are small. Paid about $20 for the garlic shrimp dish you see in the pic. Tasty food but not very filling. Only 6 shrimp in the dish... less than 1 cup of rice.. was still hungry after finishing the meal.
Absolutely amazing. The food came out quick and it was hot n fresh. Tasted so good. I loved the Bangkok pad thai, it tasted very authentic. 10/10 thai food!! I highly recommend it!
I came here for lunch without a reservation on a Saturday, and was promptly seated since it wasn't busy at all. The restaurant is nice and spacious with comfy seating. I ordered my regular Thai cuisine go tos - pineapple fried rice and Khao soi with chicken, as well as some chicken wontons. Everything was quickly made and served hot and fresh. The Khao soi was great but the pineapple fried rice was just ok for me. As for beverages, the coconut juice was nice and refreshing.
Ordered the pineapple fried rice and green curry. Above average quality but the portion was a little small for the price. Good service though and the place was nicely decorated.Recommended dishesGreen Curry
I've been eating from this restaurant for years and was so sad to see their Avenue location go, but very happy that they are still doing well on the Queensway! The best Thai food I've had in the city, and the ambiance of the restaurant takes you away from your surroundings. Always recommend and worth the drive just for the pad Thai and pineapple fried rice!
Ordered the roast duck wraps, Thai fish cakes, grilled beef, salmon salad, seafood pad Thai and the Thai iced tea. All tasted phenomenonal! Underrated restaurant on the Queensway. Def going there again!
We discovered this place before the pandemic and did some take out during but it was excellent to go in person again to enjoy the food and ambience. Top notch. Wheelchair accessibility: Yes, ramp outside.
First time here, we ordered spring roll, bangkok pad thai but with the soya rice noodles instead and my bf ordered bangkok style basil and rice with fried egg , we loved the taste really delicious, i asked for some hot sauce and the flavor was good too, the waitress was friendly and patient with us , the prices are affordable .
