I can’t stress enough how good the food is here . The price is great, the portions are great, and the taste is the best part. PLUS you’re supporting the locals! I would never want ranu to close down because finding quality Thai food like this is rare. We needed up ordering the green curry with chicken and another with beef the chicken is the winner , panan curry with chicken, and the basil fried rice with seafood! Was so good !

The food is incredibly tasty, with my personal favourite being the chicken Pad Thai. Portion sizes are very filling, and prices are quite cheap especially for the lunch specials. The owner/chef is very friendly.

What a great find for Thai cuisine. Truly one of the best on the west end of the city. Ordered the Panang curry and the street style holy basil chicken with fried egg. Both had the perfect level of spice to it and tasted great. However. The holy basil chicken was the standout one. It had a unique flavour making it taste truly a street style dish.

Ranu Thai Cuisine is a simple little restaurant with charming and friendly folks offering great tasting, authentic Thai food. The space is dedicated to more of a take out environment but if you can dine in should your desire. The food is cooked fresh and tastes delicious. Feel free to ask the owner if you have any questions about the food as he's very attentive and helpful. Give this little gem a try.

My new go to Thai place in the area. Very reasonably priced. Not knowing how small it was we went to dine in.... It's more of a take out place. The restaurant is very hole in the wall type feel and only had 2 tables. The service was friendly and pretty quick to get food to the table. The food was tasty with a good level of heat.

having been to Thailand and experienced the food all over. I have to say this restaurant really tastes authentic. we ordered the masaman chicken curry which was so flavorful, mango salad papaya is thr authentic which also was by far the best mango salad I've had in toronto and the spice level was perfect as well as acidity. thr pad thai up there in my top 3. none of the food was disappointing even considering covid slowness food was still fresh and hot.

I was there on 28 Oct, It was delicious and portions was enough for 2 person I am Persian but I like the taste very much and suggest for people who like different taste

Pad Thai and massaman curry tasty but spring rolls very thin with no filling and what filling there was was not cooked, completely raw hard noodles. Tom yum soup too spicy, not sure if there was an option to pick spice level though

Absolutely love this place and would come back every time a Thai craving kicks in. They provide excellent quality and quantity of food for their customers. And might I add the vegetables were not cut up for dinosaurs. They were the perfect bite size pieces. The puff pastry was the best I've ever had. The employees working were so friendly and helpful.

Although this may not be great for dine in because of its size, it is really great for take out! The food is always made fresh, there vegetables look and taste fresh, they make the food quickly, they have excellent portion sizes, the prices are fair, and the staff is super friendly! Even when they are really busy, I have never had to wait too long before getting my order. I would definitely recommend trying these guys out! Edit: Sadly, they've closed this location but I ran into one of the boys tonight and he said that they were looking around for property to reopen, and I honestly can't wait!! Vegetarian options: Vegetarian or not, they'll accommodate your needs, or requests!
