Excellent Pho! I'm all Pho this. We ordered a shrimp one and it was very good, would also highly recommend the starters, we had bang bang shrimp which was okay, spring rolls, really nice, and the deep fried squid. You do need some deep fried goodness to accompany the Pho.

Hey family, Here’s an honest review of my visit to PHO HOUSE located at 5230 Dundas St W, Etobicoke, ON. My girlfriend and I visited for lunch on January 4th, 2022 just before Ontario shuts down dine-in and I wanted to share my lunch experience with you below: Location/ Business amenities: 1 out of 1 star This restaurant is very easy to get too considering it’s close proximity to Kipling station and Dundas street. The only catch is it shares the parking lot with other notable businesses including a Shoppers Drug Mart. It can get a little busy during rush hour however let’s not lose sight of the fact that parking is free and the restaurant is easily accessible. They also offer a 10% off on take-out for orders above $25 before taxes. In cash! : This is if the restaurant is busy and you aren’t feeling the wait. This restaurant is also listed on major apps including UBER EATS. Staffing: 1 out of 1 star Upon entry you’re instantly greeted by a head host. They give you plenty of dining options including dine-in. take-out, delivery or pick up later in the evening. We opted for dine-in as the restaurant had few guests and this will be our last chance before shutdowns. Plus we were craving fresh Pho. Service: 1 out of 1 star From the moment we sat down and ordered our drinks we waited very little for our food. The service was great and well paced. The table had all of our condiments and eating utensils. Tables were clean and sanitized as staff cleans after every guest leaves. Food: 1 out of 1 star The food arrived hot and fresh. We ordered the Cripsy Chicken Spring rolls for appetizers, Pho House Special Rice Noodle Soup as our main and shared a delicious Sweet & Sour Chicken with steamed rice. The food was very well presented and tasted fresh. Everything was perfectly prepared and we were also able to take it home for leftovers. Wow factor: Half a star This is where it gets tricky to review a restaurant based on the atmosphere and experience based on everything going on but the business could use a little bit of love and an upgrade to the overall decorum and furniture. It was a bit cold with CP24 playing in the background. There is music but still doesn’t capture the cozy dining experience. This is why I give it half a star. No doubt this business has faced challenges with the pandemic and I’m hoping the local community tastes and experiences this wonderful food so the business continues to thrive and stay afloat. Overall we enjoyed our last lunch out for some time. All of the condos in the surrounding area are lucky to have this restaurant close and if you’re feeling some Pho no doubt you have to give this place a try. We are very happy with our restaurant choice and hope to visit again soon. With that I give it a 4.5 out of 5 stars. Until next time…

Authentic Vietnamese cuisine. We've eaten there many times in the restaurant but decided to get a delivery today and it turned out to be just as good. The soup bowls came very well prepared with all ingredients included. It was also nice they added the hoisin and sriracha sauce for us to add in. Definitely will order again. Included pictures were: beef saute pho soup / calamari appetizer and pork fresh rolls.

At random came to the house. The place looks bright, spacious and clean. I ordered spring chicken and veggies roll and Tom Yum soup. The rolls were ok,but I can't say the same about soup so disappointed! The service was good. 3 out of 5 for the soup. Sorry

I like this place because is cheap, nice, good food and service. Always go for the same because is delicious. Give it a try! You are not going to be disappointed

Very good food, reasonably priced. Wait staff was quick and attentive. I'm glad I got to try this place before it inevitably closes to allow six points to become another condo.

Food was good service was awful. All the servers are men who make it a sport who can be the rudest person there. They are not accommodating even as simple as requesting for an extra bowl, they said they can’t do that without ordering a full sized meal even though we’ve ordered so much food. My son doesn’t like his food touching each other and asked for another plate and they refused. We asked to be seated by the window and the table is empty and they refused just because and they all snickered. Will never step foot in this place.

My first time there after always looking for a new Pho restaurant because the one we always went closed down. Ordered 2 chicken and shrimp pad thai, along with vermicelli which was very good, we ordered 4 different bubble teas and they were disappointing basically full of ice, because everyone experienced the same taste full of ice and water very little flavor or tea

Food was average, the soups broth had a wonderful full flavor but the ingredients are a little lacking. The pad Thai was too ketchupy and sweet, but the shrimp portion was generous. Food was received quickly and the staff were very nice.

A friend took me here for dinner last night. My first time. I had one of the "BUN" dishes - V9 Stir-fried lemongrass with chicken spicy chili. My friend had the "BUN" V4 Grilled beef. I also brought home take-out F4D Shrimp cantonese chow mein. All the dishes were excellent!! Restaurant is bright & clean very good service & excellent quality, quantity and presentation of food. Definitely our new go-to restaurant! Parking: Located in 6 Points Plaza in Etobicoke. Large plaza parking lot.
