As you can see, I ordered a panang curry through Ubereat, the totally is almost 30 dollars, and that’s all I got and all you will get, look at the portion of that liquid curry supposedly oh they actually put TWO pieces of chicken in it, aweeeee how generous. I used to love you guys when I dined in the downtown location, but over the years, this is just pathetic, my hard earned money will have to be spent elsewhere, BYE PAI.

So delicious! Just as amazing as I remember! The depth of flavour, the spice. I could order this pad Thai every day. Definitely the best Thai in the city. So excited there's a location in Etobicoke now.

Recently, we tried the queensway location take out for the first time. We ordered chef nuit pad thai and green curry. Loved it like always. Similar to the downtown location. So glad a location opened in etobicoke

Ordered Khao Soi, coconut curry egg noodle, one tofu/veggie and one beef. Beef Khao Soi. There are 5-6 large chunks of beef. Tofu/Veggie Khao Soi. Broccoli and cauliflower were overcooked and broke upon touch. Despite the overcooked vegetables, the coconut curry was so rich, creamy, and flavourful. The egg noodle was a smaller portion than expected; the broth to noodle ratio was really skewed in the broth's favour. I really appreciated the following: Lime/green onions were packed into a small Dixie cup container. Fried noodles were plentiful, a whole sandwich bag full. Egg noodles were perfectly cooked and packed into a small round container. Would 100% reorder with a slight hope for non-overcooked broccoli and cauliflower.

Over priced and not very good. We’ve given this location several tries over the last couple years and the quality and quantity have both gone downhill. They’ve also gotten my order wrong several times. When I placed an order through a food app and selected different starch options for my meals, they ignored it and just gave me the default. Why offer options if you’re going to ignore them?

More oil than pad Thai... I usually love pai, I tried a different location and was so disappointed I felt so sick from how oily this was. Not impressed.

Very impressed. I thought the food would be subpar since this is a ghost kitchen but it was excellent. Everything was very flavourful and aromatic. The pad Thai is clearly their signature dish - it came very nicely plated or “packaged” and was a good portion size. The green curry was also very good. Didn’t like the Panang curry as much, but it was still good. Prices are a little higher than average, but not unreasonable.

Best and perfectly cooked thai food I've ever had! The staffs are amazing specially STEPHANIE while picking up food All in all, very impressed with my delivery with Uber eats. Thank you for the best and healthy food!!!

Amazing food as always, they never disappoint! This is my first time ordering from the Queensway location and the flavours and quality of the food Pad Gra Prao w/shrimp was on point. If you love authentic Thai you should definitely give Pai a try.

I have emails showing that I shared the concept of the Kitchen hub with the owners of Pai and they not only stole my idea but they also copied the location and Cheesecake factory's involvement. They pretended to be interested as tenants and asked us for our floor plans, pitch deck and all our ideas after which they ripped us off.
