I pick up a catering order from here every other week. I have had more positive experiences than negative. They are receiving four stars because they have given away my order or have just not had it ready by the time requested. Have been late to work previously because of this but hoping it will not happen again.

We ordered two bagels with a schemers of lox and garden veggie. The bagels were delicious but the rating is for the meager portion of spread on each bagel. You expect an amount that covers at least one side at a minimum. I would say it was a "taste".  So lesson learned. Buy the bagels and a tub of spread to adjust the amount to your expectations.

This is the nicest Bruegger's I've been to. Great ambiance (doesn't look like a chain) clean, friendly, and hard to go wrong with Carabou coffee.

On numerous occasions the coffee has tasted burnt. Today my order of cold press even tasted burnt. Will not be returning to this Caribou.
