Bottomless fries and drinks! Red Robin offers one of the best gormet burgers in town, in this price range, with bottomless fries and drinks which makes it even better. Portions are big and price is very reasonable. This location is nice and clean but short staffed so the service is a bit slow but people are nice
Nice American style fast food restaurants with bottomless drink and sides. Good burgers with great service. We came for brithday. The staff help us ti lighting the candle up. It was a great day.
We really enjoyed our visit. It was a bit slow due to new trainees but everyone was friendly and food was great. All our meals were presented well and tasted fresh. The restaurant itself looked well taken care of also.
I was greeted almost immediately upon entering. A lady kindly answered my question about payment options debit, credit and cash accepted. I was guided to a seat that suited me, and promptly received service. The man who gave me the menu was helpful when I inquired about the selection of beverages. I was able to pay from my booth, which was greatly appreciated as I have mobility issues. Overall, I was very impressed. The server, a man named Steffan, was everything a server should be. If you visit this location and he provides your service, you are in good hands. Wheelchair accessibility: I saw a man in a wheelchair who was able to dine here. Both the restaurant and staff seem very accommodating to those with mobility issues. I used a cane, and received prompt and exceptional service.
I haven't been to a Red Robin in so long that I have forgotten what their burgers tasted like. But I do remember I loved their onion rings. If you sign up for their rewards program, you can get a free burger anytime on your birthday month. You just redeem it by telling them your rewards number which is your phone number that you signed up with. I tried their Madlove burger with a side of onion rings. Onion rings were still as good as I remembered especially with the sauce. The burger however, was lacking a lot of flavor. The only 'sauce' was the jalapeno relish and since there was so little of it, the whole burger was very dry. There were 2 thick slabs of tomato which I love but since everything else had a lack of flavor, the burger just tasted like meat and tomatoes. The jalapeno relish did not shine through at all. There were supposed to be 3 different cheese on it, provolone, swiss, and crispy parmesan. However, I couldnt taste it much either. The meat itself was a little on the drier side as well. No juice ran out of the burger as I ate it. I tried a bit of my friends Buzzin chicken sandwich. It was also very bland. Subtle hot sauce flavors. Not much really on it - just lettuce, tomato and few slices of jalapenos. He commented that the fries were really good, moreso than the sandwich. This place gets quite busy. We were there around 5:30 and had a 20 min wait. People after us had a 40 min wait. So come earlier or after the dinner rush if you want to be seated quickly
Smokey bbq, creamy melted Swiss cheese with steaming salted robust fries was what blindly with an overwhelming hunger drove me through the doors of the good old RR. Nostalgia. We headed straight toward the bar area, which was nice. They've catered to family and adult company....smart. Our server CHANEL was super sweet and great at what she does. I ordered the Tycoon Burger. The patty was overcooked and the fries could have been better see pic. The original RR back in the 90's was in North Vancouver I believe, and when they first came out, their burgers were served in a red plastic basket lined with a crisp RR tissue paper carrying a perfectly orchestrated burger escorted by a mountain of hot long rectangular fries resembling a JENGA game. This presentation was a bit of a let down. So, why not go back to the original? Why not bring RR back with all its glory?.....Vancouver needs it. The Savoury Steakhouse Burger was juicier and very tasty, but again the fries were not all they could've been. When you're known for bottomless fries, wouldn't you want people to eat them to the bottom and order again....perhaps with a side of onion rings this time around?.....see how that works? : There's something special about RR. I don't know exactly what it is. Maybe it's the practice of promoting a fun time for all, an affordable meal, a chill vibe or an unpretentious ...."Hey! this is who I am and I would like to offer you all I have, and I hope you'll enjoy it because I'm trying my best to give you a good time while you're here" kinda vibe....you know...the Good 'Ol Days..... I like that. I'll be back. If I'm in Coquitlam again.
Stable quality, not bad not perfect. I love their onion ring. I change my bottomless fries to yam. Hopefully, they return the whole-grain bun.
Always a great time at Reds!! Sign up for their Royalty and get lots of perks like free Birthday Burger!! I used mine on this Scorpion Gourmet burger and poutine. All the staff are friendly and nice. I appreciate the interactions they have with my kids. This place has been a favorite of mine for about 20 years.
My odder was misisng the poutine so i returned it on the spot for replacement. . Waitress said to kitchen staff loudly he touched his food so just throw a little bit of cheese and a side gravy on the same now cold fries. felt out of place while returning the food, waitress shown signs of frustration and was mad at me for coming back. I was accused of touching the food I did not, I only opened the package infront of the waitress to see the missing items. No apology was give what so ever, while being mad at me! waitress professionalism was beyond any experienced I had anywhere and food was very cold as the fries was not replaced, only sprinkes almost no cheeseof curd cheese with a side gravy was added to the same cold fries. Photo is after I added the cold gravy at home. This used to be my favorite place but the service recently is very disappointing.
We stopped for dinner on April 1st at 5:30, the restaurant was very busy. We were advised that they were short staffed and then taken to our table. Our server, Julia, took our order and apologized that they were short of staff but the kitchen staff were doing their very best. She had the greatest personality and did everything she could possibly could while we waited for our food. Made sure we had something to drink and checked back with us repeatedly. She represented the restaurant in a manner that they should be proud of, never once did she complain nor did she ever appear frazzled as it was extremely busy with large groups/families. Our wait passed quickly and we will definitely return, the food was fresh, tasted great and Julia made it a very pleasant and memorable dinner, especially being treated as though we mattered while being supportive of her co-workers. Great employee!!
