Browns Outlet

Nice staff but not good choices for sizes and they are all mixed up the styles....

This store has a nice selection of shoes and I was able to find what I was looking for though the prices are not that cheap as they are supposed to be in an outlet. BUT there was an issue during payment that I am very much concerned about. I was asked to provide my phone number. I asked why and the response was - for the receipt! OK, I provided it. Then I was asked my name. I requested a reason why I have to provide my personal data while simply buying a pair of shoes and the response was - FOR THE RECEIPT! What kind of receipt requires personal data? What do you actually need it for? I refused to provide my name and I bought the shoes, and received an ordinary receipt. I would like to ask the management of this shop - WHY do you make your employees extort clients' personal data by lying and deceiving? I was not even asked if I want to provide it, it was more like something obligatory. If you're planning to use it for something else you have to CLEARLY state it to the client!!! Folks, be aware! Very strange situation! I am not blaming the employee, she was doing what she was told to but the management should change this approach. EDIT: Dear Browns Customer Care, Thank you for the response. 1. As I said in my review, if you're planning to use our data for something e.g. database you have to CLEARLY state it to the client. I asked twice and twice was lied to. Yes, that was a deliberate lie because the data was gathered not for the receipt as I was told. 2. As I said in my review, - I was NOT asked if I want to provide my data. I was imperatively asked to provide my name etc. If this policy is not obligatory customers should be given a choice. 3. This is an outlet shop so there is a very little chance to find the same item in a different colour/size, obviously.

Bad service can't think of an other word

terrible place, one of the women working there was laughing so loud , made fun of people with her employees. Most people working there look at you like you are going to steal something! I get that some people steal but there is a professional way of doing it . I would rather go to any other store, never stepping foot in there again.try better customer service next time.

It was the worst experience I ever had, I was tricked to believe that shoes were on specials since there was a 20% off sign on the rack. After spending more than half an hour trying different shoes, I went to the case to pay only to find out that the special was only on selected items. Went back to read the sign and I found out that the selected item text was written in a very small letters that you barely see. I do not like to be tricked like that and I ended up not paying for the shoes. I will never set a foot in your store again and I’m telling my friends

Bad service. Told me to come back tomorrow to clean brand new shoes I wanted to purchase, even after I waited respectfully and they passed customers before me. or spend $11 to buy a cleaner and clean your brand new shoes we want to sell you. What arrogance. !!

Not a great variety and the prices are not as low as they should be in an outlet store. You really have to look through the merchandise. Some is dirty and some is damaged. Better off shopping in the regular stores when they are on sale. Prices are the same. Why wait.

Very limited selection and very average prices considering that this is an outlet and should have liquidated merchandise at more affordable prices. There are better deals at Winners! Dont waste your time here.

Prices are not very discounted compared to the regular Browns stores. and note that all purchases are FINAL SALE. I don't know where they send their last seasons designer shoes, but it is not here. If you are looking for Aquatalia, Stuart Weitzman, etc, don't bother coming here.
