I HAD THE WORST EXPERIENCE IN THIS STORE THE SALES GIRLS WERE NICE BUT THE OWNER IS A HORRIBLE STUCK UP LADY WHO THINKS EVERYONE IS BENEATH HER IF YOU DONT INTEND TO SPEND OVER $1000 IN HER STORE (SHOES/CLOTHES)..SHE JUST MAKES YOU FEEL LIKE YOUR A WORTHLESS PERSON AND ARE NOT WORTHY OF HER PRESENCE!!!!!!!! I AGREE 100% WITH THE PREVIOUS REVIEWER....TERRIBLE TERRIBLE ATTITUDE....HATED THE EXPERIENCE...OWNER NEEDS MAJOR WAKE UP CALL, BECAUSE CUSTOMERS ARE WHAT KEEP HER BUSINESS ROLLING.....NEVER EVER GOING BACK...PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THAT HORRIBLE WOMAN WITH A MISERABLE ATTITUDE!!!!!!! STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!

The owner of this store needs to change her attitude towards individuals if she wants to make a sale...her horrible attitude was unsupportable. She is insulting and has zero respect towards other people. Never would i waste my time walking into her store, and if you want to avoid an unpleasant experience I highly suggest you to stay away from this store...carrefour laval is a step away with the same selection of shoes....too bad the owner didnt realize her attitude would reflect on the look of her store and her business.
