A great store with knowledgeable staff. Not only do they produce quality orthopedic inserts, but their sales people don't hesitate to recommend lower priced shoes if the fit is better for you. Not out for the quick buck. They even insisted on refurbishing some inserts that were produced 3 years ago and refused to take any money for it! How refreshing in the this age of lousy retail.
Kirin spent over an hour with me helping me find the perfect shoes. She didn’t push me to spend money, she really wanted me to find the best pair for my feet. Such a great experience and the only place I will buy shoes in the future!
I've finally found a shoe store that carries a good selection of shoes for wide and problematic feet! Not even the New Balance store downtown carried the widths available here! And Kiren spelling is very friendly and helpful. I will become a regular customer!
Exceptional service! My mom hurt herself and could not walk well so I took her to the orthopaedic doctor by wheelchair. On the way back, we stopped in front of Foot Solutions. Unable to get up the step, two sales clerks came right out and fitted her with new shoes right there on the sidewalk. These were top quality; top comfort; easy for her to put on and off. She found two pairs in less than 15 minutes. The care and attention was amazing. She was treated like a queen. Priceless. I don't hesitate to recommend Foot Solutions on Victoria in Westmount. Love this store and staff! Thank you!
After an injury, I couldn't walk for months. Karen helped me find the perfect shoes to cater to my specific condition; they were so great I bought 2 pairs! She was incredibly patient, informative, and kind. 100% would recommend this store for good price and great service.
Very good quality shoes and amazing, knowledgeable staff. I have problems with my arches and they recommended I try New Balance running shoes and insoles. This purchase literally changed my life! They are the most comfortable shoes I have ever owned. They have a variety of different style shoes for men and women. Highly recommend this store.
Excellent service. We visited the store in March 2019, for the first time. Kirin was very knowledgeable and helped my sister and I find the perfect fit and workout shoes. The insoles she recommended has made a tremendous difference for my running. I have been regularly wearing my insoles and workout shoes ever since.
I have been buying my shoes and boots here for at least 10 years. They are the only ones who carry the Mephisto line which I must have because of skin allergies and Mephistos are all natural. Thanks to the people at Foot solutions, I always have comfortable and safe shoes all year round. It is such a complicated bother for me to find shoes that work for my lifestyle , my feet and my allergies! And Foot solutions takes care of them all. Most grateful, Jan Bauer
These people are so conscientious, giving fantastic service. I bought a pair of New Balance shoes which disintegrated. They took the time to contact the manufacturer to get me another pair for free. They also held the new pair of shoes for me, for over 6 months. This is a place to buy shoes because they make sure the fit is perfect...... Good luck to them.

Read every article on the internet and still could not figure out what to do. Kirin solved that for me. I slid into the store but walked out with ease. Recommend this place highly. They are magicians for shoes and feet with all the tricks and knowledge you will not find online.
