Brooklyn Bagels Cafe

Tuesday I went to the drive-in and ordered my drink. I waited over 5 minute at the window she never took payment she was just looking at me through the window. I eventually had to leave so I wouldn't be late for work. My drink was on the counter I watched them place it down once it was finished. I'm not sure if she wasn't paying attention was extremely upset I waited in line for 20 minutes and left without a drink. Today I came into the store hoping I would have a better experience. I ordered my drink. I waited in the store for 15 minutes before I had to leave. They were fully staffed. they had a young lady working the drive through and two lady working in the front. there was only two two customers at the time and I ended up having to leave the store without my drink that I paid for. they were talking to the customer that came in before me, there was no motivation to get the drinks completed. i have worked in a coffee shop before so I understand that days can be busy but there was literally only two customers in the store and there was two workers that were worker in the front, there was no excuse as to why I paid for a drink and left without it because the works are slow and too social.

Only 2 staff the day I was there and both were busy with other people . Had to wait to get waited on. Gal was friendly and helpful. I got a Boston cream muffin not much filling and muffin didn't have much flavor except for the chocolate topping . that was my first visit so I will stop in again and try something else. Parking: Front and side of store both were off the street. Didn't pay attention to number of spaces but looked find Wheelchair accessibility: Parking for handicap near door. Door was wide enough for wheelchairs

I was at Brooklyn yesterday Apple ave, Muskegon location and I was so sad. I am a regular customer here and have never had an issue.. I ordered a raspberry redbull. And I was given a raspberry frappe. I told her it was wrong, she said too bad, it's already made and walked away. I then walked out and grabbed my receipt and asked for a manager. She did make my redbull for me. My reciept clearly stated, a large raspberry redbull, so she should read the tickets more closely.. The frappe that I kept, was warm and tasted like black coffee. I open on my bagel and the cream cheese on it is blochy and oddly hot.. extremely disappointed and disgusted

Smoothie I got was peach and mango.. but I only tasted a sickening sweet mango taste... also, asked for my bagel toasted, but was cold when I got it. Barista wasn't very knowledgeable.Food: 2/5

Brooklyn Bagel has the Best Breakfast Burrito it’s a must-try! The fluffy eggs are cooked to perfection and the combination of ingredients provides a delicious and satisfying meal. First time here. Ordered bagel sandwich, bagel chips, coffee and a cupcake for later. Service was quick and order was correct. The place smelled like fresh ground coffee beans. Place was clean. It was a no-go order and we ate when we got to work and it was delicious!

I don't think this company knows what a bagel actually is. They just taste bad. I'd rather have a bagel from Walmart. The service was great though.Food: 1/5

They got great food and amazing drinks but their service is absolutely slow I showed up at 5:55 a.m. and I was waiting in the line until almost 6:30 there was only two people I had with me this is absolutely ridiculous I had to be to work and was almost late

Favorite place to get bagels and coffee. If you want a certain bagels I recommend going in at the morning due to you never know. Coffee is really good just make sure you be specific with what you’re ordering!

I have never gone to this location and received a good drink, I go to this one out of convenience but I will not go back to the apple ave. Location. I showed the girl at the window and she came back with another drink made the same way. Waste of my money and not the first time.
