The owner and staff are above and beyond kind and lovely. The dark chocolate vegan bites are to die for. The atmosphere is fresh and warm. Full of people yet calm. Pleasant smiles. Rich and subtle notes of coffee and a happy background of life fills the air.

We tried 3 of the summer specials: vanilla lemonade, lavender lemonade, and iced jasmine tea. They were all delectable! I love Pine St. in general so having this on the drag is phenomenal!!

Very neat place to hang out, relax, work, read, focus, drink a Matcha Latte. I had been in Grand Haven too but that one in Muskegon is way bigger.

A wonderful breakfast experience. Masterfully crafted lattes. A beautiful space with an artful mosaic wall. Friendly and super accommodating staff. Highly recommended!

The coffee was good, but the staff could be a little friendlier…. This is a coffee shop after all. The atmosphere is a bit too sterile for my taste, but the locals seems to enjoy it. Also, I found the drink sizing to be extremely small for the price. Maybe offer multiple drink sizes so folks aren’t surprised when they receive a tiny cup?

Friendly people and excellent fresh coffee. Decent spot to get some work done as well, plenty of outlets and tables. Not too noisy but a fair bit of echo, which shouldn’t be a problem if you have decent headphones.

Aldea is a unique, warm and welcoming coffee shop with family friendly seating, games and books. Ethically sourced Coffee, tea, and baked goods are among the tastiest in the area. This is a popular local hang out for everyone - retirees, students, remote employees free wifi and sensible plug locations, and families with kids. Hard to go wrong! Note- One draw back for folks trying to work here is the open floor plan and cavarnous ceilings. Bring your headphones as noise travels! Kid-friendliness: Games, books, and family friendly seating make this place a gem. We played a card game here as an extended family while everyone enjoyed their delicious drinks and baked goods - our six year-old enjoyed her lavender lemonade!

I had a first date with my now fiance at this place. We talked for over 3 hours and it was perfect. The food is pretty good, mostly breakfast type or muffin type. I had the blue berry muffin.Food: 4/5
