If I was starving to death and could only eat this McDonald's, I would happily welcome death. This is the most disgusting McDonald's in all of Michigan. They keep food Long past hold times. Fries are cold and oil logged because they think "fresh" means double dipped in old, dirty oil that isn't skimmed properly or changed on a regular bases. The buns are completely hard, every time and every bun. The kids meals are made from the food that has sat around the longest as they obviously think kids don't care and won't say something. The ice tea taste like moldy seaweed which happens when containers and the spigot are not being washed. Orders are never correct and are always missing food. The drive thru employees are generally dirty looking individuals and are for the most part rude. The management lacks accountability for both themselves and their employees. The GM needed coddling during the phone call to correct the current issue. It's a complete Dumpster Fire. Don't disrespect your hard earned money by spending it here.
Placed a mobile order, picked it up to find 2 items missing. Went back through the drive thru to get those items, got 2 different items all together. 30 minutes and $30 wasted because they can't read a screen. Not to mention they just won't open their dining area, they keep the doors locked.Food: 1/5
Went through drive thru and cashier was totally rude because I asked for extra cup of ice. I had mobile order so I really wasn't taking anymore time. She had me pull up, manager that brought it to me was nice.Food: 4/5
Although the food is alright the service isn't half as good. Messed up my order and continously don't give me the sauce I want or any sauce if I don't ask at the window when I ordered it. Almost didn't get my $12 of change back.
Went to the store at 6:10 am remind you they open at 6:00 am. Was told they was closed. This happens regularly. I wouldn’t even go to this store their food sucks and their employees are rude as can be. Telling us they wasn’t open not even being nice was very rude about it as all their lights were on. Sorry but if you can get up in morning you shouldn’t be an opening manager. If I owned this store I would be very disappointed. As a manager at a restaurant I was very disappointed and wasn’t impressed. I would rather drive and use my gas and go another McDonald’s than ever go back to this one. Just look at all the reviews. Owners need to step up and take back their restaurant. Very sad.
Basically gotta pull teeth for them to get your order right and they want to argue with you about what they did wrong. I rather go further away to a different McDonald’s than this one. Very unprofessional and rude af

Was ordering food and he didn't ask if our order was complete which it wasn't had to wait for him to come back to finish order. Also went up to first window to pay and he only had the window open a little while he's asking me questions through the glass. Finally just said screw it and left.
As a native of Muskegon, it’s always good to come back and visit family and friends. This McDonald’s is a nice spot for a quick meal. The restaurant is clean the workers are friendly my order was hot and everything was perfect. I like the remodeled dining room… This location is on point!
