We highly recommend Briere Property Management for anyone in need of rental assistance in Calgary. As out-of-towners, we were unfamiliar with the local market, but David and Carolyn were patient and helpful throughout the process. We were especially impressed by their prompt communication - Carolyn consistently responded to our emails within a few hours. We appreciate the excellent service they provided and encourage others to give them a try.

I couldn't of asked for better people to work with! David and his team at Briere Property Management, are extremely professional, easy going and always make you feel like you are top priority.  It was a pleasure working with them for the past couple years.  They make your life easier!! Highly recommend.

It was a pleasure to sell my condo with David.  He is calm, professional and very accommodating.  He wasn't thinking about himself and making you to sell your property at the lowest price.  As a property manager and realtor, he has a team of highly competent photographers, handymen and cleaners that can arrange to make your property ready to list within days.  He also provided 3D tour of the listing. I highly recommend David to sell your property.

David was my property manager for 2 years and throughout that time was an amazing support to me.  Any issues I had were resolved quickly; he was always friendly, reachable and willing to help!

I been working with David for a long time and he is so thoughtful with his clients. He paid attention to their needs and makes them his priority.

David has been incredibly helpful to rent out and manage my property. He's extremely knowledgeable about the market, but also very professional, attentive and flexible. He went above and beyond to ensure that we were fully satisfied.  He's definitely the best property manager in Calgary.

I had a great experience with David and Carmen. It was my first time renting in Canada, and the process was easy with their help.
