Avoid rental property management companies at all costs. We have been renters for many years and this was our first experience. It is better to deal with a landlord directly instead of allowing a company to represent for them.
Least professional property management company I've ever dealt with. Do not rent from them.
We live in Calgary since 2015 and we have deal with Mastre Property for the last two years and always I have received a professional customer service. All of my inquiries and needs were responded or solved withing 48h as expected. My family is quite satisfied with their services.
