Our property management services extend to over 900 residential properties in Calgary, Edmonton and Southern Alberta. We offer premier management services to all of our investors, and ensure that our tenants have quality housing that meets their needs.

I got lucky found a decent property manager and home owner, a rare thing these days. They are able to keep their staff which allows you to build a good working relationship. As far as things goes they are one of the good ones.
I rented from Drummer Realty and Property Management for four years. The Drummer team was professional, responsive and always friendly. My move-in inspection was detailed and thoroughly documented - as was my move-out inspection. Throughout my two two-year leases any repair requests were quickly dispatched and acted upon. When I moved into my property it was clean and turn key. When I moved out I made sure I left it in the same condition. Thank you Drummer for making my four years enjoyable and worry-free!
Drummer managed my property for almost 10 years. I have been very happy with their service all along, but I especially thought that Kevin Lee has been an excellent property manager and has done as good of a job as I would have as the owner... and them some. He has always been quick to get me information I needed for insurance etc, provided regular updates when there was something to report and has always responded to my emails in a timely manor. Due to circumstances I no longer need a property manager, but if I need a one in the future, I would most certainly trust my property with Drummer and do not hesitate to recommend them to other landlords.
Kevin Lee at Drummer was professional when showing me the property that I rented through him, and was quick to respond when I decided I wanted to rent it. He's a very friendly representative of Drummer Realty and made sure repairs were done in the unit the first week we took possession. Drummer provides a welcome bag to new tenants, which I thought was a very nice touch. If I ever need to rent again, I will definitely contact Kevin!
I wanted to say a heartfelt thank you to Kevin Lee. He was responsive and helped us when we needed a quick resolution. Appreciate that this local business cares about their customers.
We rented through Drummer and were very satisfied with them. Their attention to detail in both the move in and move out inspections was so thorough, maintenance requests were promptly dealt with, and communication with them was always so personable, professional and efficient. Launa was always wonderful to deal with. Thank you, Drummer for a great rental experience!
My experience as a recent renter with Drummer has been great. Kevin Lee in particular has been fantastic. His professionalism, advice and clear communication has made the transition very smooth. Thanks!
Update.: 7 years now, still happy. Having rural property, it was hard to find a management company. Drummer has done a fantastic job for us over the last 4 years and are easy to work with. They also found good renters and pass them by me before excepting them. Maintenance is quick and reasonable with quotes provided before doing them. I live out of province and never stress over our property, which is a great relief! I give them two thumbs up.
There was a leak in our unit before we moved in that Drummer was aware of as a per their maintenance records. Administration suggested we move in early without letting us know of this issue and passed the utility bill on to us. It ended up costing us over $800. When talking with the account specialist, Annita Ferguson, I got a very rude response, stating 'it just happens sometimes'. When ending my tenancy with Drummer, I was told the house was sold to builder and both units were being evicted with less than 3 months notice. I was told on multiple occasions that the house was being demolished and cleaning was not necessary. At the last week before move out Drummer changed their minds and told the unit has to be move in ready condition. On inspection, Drummer stated that due to wear and tear of the unit, it required a 'deep clean' and ended up keeping a large portion of our security deposit.
