Bread Alone Bakery

They sell you day-old baked good as if they were fresh. Bread alone baked goods have always been exceptionally good, anything laminated dough is usually great. But this morning I got a coffee and a cream cheese danish to go, well in my way in my car, as I bite into it, expecting a buttery, crunchy outside, and soft inside, I get a stale day-old pastry, definitely felt ripped off paying $3.15 for it. Later as I stopped to get some bread on my way, I respectfully told the employee and asked if its common for them to put out old pastries, and she was kinda like, no, we don't do that, too bad attitude. Anybody with any sense customer service would at least had pretended to care about what happened or find out how that got to be sold or say they would notify they're manager, give me a discount on my bread or anything. If I wanted stale baked goods i would had gone too any Stewarts.

I love a good plain grilled cheese from here. All their baked goods are to die for. I've been to all the locations and they are all clean and the food is consistently good. Would be 5 stars but my sister and I noticed since the remodel in Boiceville they kind of skimp on the ingredients in the sandwiches - not as much egg in the egg sandwiches, meat in the Reuben etc which is kinda lame. Otherwise great place to grab a bite and some coffee.

Delicious, fresh food. Great place to grab some coffee and pastries before skiing. Pretty good breakfast sandwiches too. Well priced and pleasant service.

Excellent Bakery and Restaurant with a variety of Home baked breads and pastries , Keisha's and various well prepared small meals . There's a variety of soups ,Etc all homemade daily. They make a variety of sandwiches well prepared and tasty tasty! It is a smallish place but there are about 10 tables in doors and another five outside on a patio some of the tables have umbrellas if the Sun is bright. Excellent place to dine for breakfast or a quick lunch. Not cheap but it won't break the bank! I have recently visited in the past two weeks and I was wowed with some of the new baked goods prepared in the boyceville store, sausage baguettes as well as Olive ones, and a variety of small pies that were to die for. Sharon the owner happened to be there that morning and I complimented her on the continued excellent and deliciousness of the food.

The sun was shining; the day was warm and our take-out lunch hit the spot. We came away thinking we would come back another day for another tasty lunch!
