Dunkin' Donuts

I don't remember the last time they've gotten my order correct between what's actually on my receipt and also what they make. Pretty consistently inconsistent between bad communication, incorrect items being handed to me and terribly made items (foods and drinks). I thought I'd keep trying hoping they'd improve but I'm done with this location, it's the only one that cannot make a consistent latte in any shape or form let alone other issues.

This location gets my order wrong probably 7 out of 10 visits...even orders I place through the app. Order an egg sandwich on a toasted bagel and you’ll get one on a croissant....after they make you pull up to the side of the building to wait for it! Order caramel swirl coffee you’ll end up with coconut. Order an egg sandwich through the app, pick it up and you get a muffin. Want a black coffee? Here’s one with cream and sugar. Consistently awful.

Food and hand made espressos aren't consistent, but they are usually good.

While I have not been inside this of this location. I have used their wonderful drive thru many times. Quick, efficient, polite and never a cold sandwich and consistent perfect Dunkin drinks. I would have given it 5 stars but I have not gotten a chance to experience this locations sit down service.

Hit or miss, some of the staff could care less about the customers as they engage in personal conversations while the line is out the door. Other days staff is on its game professional, kind, and engaging. Must be whichever management person is on.
