Visited last Tuesday. It was a slow day with only one other person inside. Lauryn at the front information desk was super nice and helpful which is the total opposite of my expectations honestly, she's definitely improving the reputation of this place. Other staff members weren't not as polite/informative.

I'm sure most of us would rate this place 0/5
First the line is so slow its unbelievable, when you get to the front of the line these people do not greet you, or say good morning .. I mean come on im 20 years old and i speaking to a grown a** woman asking her how her day is (just a disgusting attitude & no manners)
These people portray a careless attitude, they are very unwilling to help, if some one doesn't understand or has a question to ask they simply don't care and lastly that woman CLARA is the most disgusting person ive ever talked too, very nasty personality, no respect.. it just shows the type of person she truly is.
I mean who hires such nasty people too work for the city.
this place is disgusting and very unprofessional
the worst place to come too !

The judge was the most polite and friendly person i interacted with here. Not over exaggerating. Enough said. The only reason im putting 2 stars instead of 1 is because of that judge.

The girl at information desk was so rude and unprofessional , she ruined my whole day. I had to stand in line 3 times just because she was unhelpful and on top of it she started asking me "is that all u need". I lost myself there and had big argument with her. I WOULD NEVER SUGGEST ANYBODY TO GO THERE.
