A. Grenville and William Davis Courthouse

Had to deal with a case here recently, pretty good experience. The staff were friendly and helpful sometimes.nnI talked to Legal Aid at first. They were decent and gave me some tips, but I ended up hiring my own lawyer, which worked out pretty good for me since they were right next to the court.nnA suggestion is that the cafeteria should sell bagels with cream cheese. overall, a good experience.

I had a very positive experience at the Brampton Courthouse. The facility was impressively clean, which made the environment feel welcoming and well-maintained. What stood out even more today was the helpfulness of the staff. Everyone I encountered was friendly, approachable, and eager to assist, making the entire process smooth and efficient. I left totally satisfied with the level of service and professionalism I received. A big thank you to everyone working there!

Throughout winter the maintenance crew has been terrible at keeping the pathways clear for us handicapped people - leaving piles of snow between the bars leading towards doors, piles of snow along drop off areas. For the safety of people accessing their right to justice, it would not take long for some young crew member to hop out and shovel it out to where it could be pushed away by the machines.nnAt least today they have lots of sand for traction, but this has not been typical throughout the years coming here.

There are 20 service counters, but only 3 to 4 operate at any given time. They work from 9am to 11am and then go on a 3 hour break! How is this even allowed?!?!?! Then they work from 2pm to 4pm. Tax dollars hard at work! These were covid hours that stuck way after the pandemic. The city approved these hours? Canada is now officially a 3rd world country! How embarrassing!

This place is a joke. Called at 3pm. Was on hold until 5:05 when they closed. In a continuous loop. In person your met with incompetence and poor English.
