Toronto West Court Office

I went for a traffic ticket, the guy in number 10 bald middle aged man, didn't even look at me, and just tried to get rid of me in 10 seconds. Dude! I drove 40 minutes, paid for parking, and you aren't even willing to help with giving me some useful information? I have to ask him a number of times what the things he is saying means and what I should do etc. Who is supervising them? Some employees assume you work for the same office and know as much as they do so they communicate using telepathy. Shame. 2 star for the relatively quick service ~ 20 mins.

It was my first time visiting this location and a gentleman named John served me. He was very friendly, patient and thorough with his explanations and made the experience a lot easier than expected. Wait times weren’t too bad, I was in and out within the hour without an appt. Thank you John!

Lots of people here trying to sort out paperwork and court issues

It says they close at 4:30pm. They said they stop giving out tickets to enter the queue at 4:15pm. There were no customers in the queue at 4:24pm, but they would NOT let me pay my ticket!
