if I could give it 0 star then I will do so. The systems broke in this court, the case always been adjourned to another day few months after due to overwhlemed schedules of the judge and systems, even you case could be rearranged to another date first case, it had been put into the queue at lower proprity any time; then I went back to square one again and again. my case has been rescheduled four times in this location; one small claim case in this court place took me over two years. and apparently some judge has discriminations against immigrants and show sympathy to the same color of their own. Could you image a case of sublease tenant who had been in fault with by-law violations record charged by the town of oakville, walked out the rented commercial premises won the case against the landlord because she claimed she still had some assets in the locked units by landlord due to the alarm was triggered after the tenant walked out and told the landlord she terminated the lease on her own. I would recommend never go to this court, the legal systems is so political and messy, unpredictable here. you could not find the justice, at least in my case.

ON MAY 2009 WE SOLD A 2000 S10 GMC TRUCK FOR THE AMOUNT OF $3500 TO MR. NELSON GALEGO... WE HAD A PERSON THAT WOULD BUY THE TRUCK FOR $4500 AT THE TIME BUT BECAUSE MR. GALEGO WAS A FRIEND AND HIS FAMILY WAS ALSO A GOOD FRIENDS OF US, WE DECIDED TO SELL TO HIM TO TRUCK FOR $3500. MR. GALEGO CAME TO OUR HOUSE TO GET THE TRUCK AND HE ASKED US THAT HE HAD $2500 DO GIVE US AS A DOWN PAYMENT. MR. NELSON GALEGO ASKED US TO GIVE US ONLY $1000 FOR DOWN PAYMENT BECAUSE HE HAD TO CERTIFY THE VEICULE AND HE COULD HAVE TO SOME EXTRA EXPENSES FIXING THE TRUCK, BUT HE WOULD GIVE US THE REST OF THE MONEY, ONE MONTH LATER, BECAUSE HE WAS GOING TO RECEIVE A BONUS FROM HIS EMPLOYER. MR. GALEGO WORKS AT DUFFERIN CONSTRUCTION COMPANY WHERE I WORK AS A FOREMAN. MR. GALEGO RECEIVED THE BONUS, BUT HE DIDN'T SAY NOTHING TO US... I TRIED TO CONTACT HIM SO MANY TIMES BUT HE DIDN'T ANSWER THE PHONE OR HIS RADIO AND NEVER REPLIED THE MESSAGES WE LEFT HIM.. WHEN I JOAO DA SILVA GOT HIM ON THE PHONE , HE TOLD ME THAT HE HAD TO PAY OTHER PEOPLE HE OWED MONEY... SO HE SWORE THAT WE WAS GOING TO PAY WITH HIS VACATION PAY... MR GALEGO NEVER CALLED AGAIN AND NEVER ANSWER ANY OF OUR CALLS. I, ROSETE DA SILVA WAS TALKING TO HIS MOTHER MRS GALEGO AND I MENTIONED WHAT WAS HAPPENING WITH HER SON, AND SHE TOLD ME THAT HER SON DIDN'T HAVE ANY MONEY AND THAT HE WAS IN DEBT WITH SO MANY PEOPLE ,,, EVEN HIS HOME BILLS... AND THAT WHEN HER SON TOLD HER THAT WANTED TO BY THE VEICULE, SHE ASKED HIM IF HE COULD AFFORD IT AND HE SAID 'NO BUT I WANT THE VEICULE'. AND SHE ASKED HOW HE WAS GOING TO PAY FOR, HE SAID THAT HE DIDN'T KNOW, BUT HW WAS GOING TO BUY IT.. MR. GALEGO TRIED TO CONVINCE ME, JOHN DA SILVA TO SELL HIM THE TRUCK FOR THE $1000 HE GAVE FOR DOWNPAYMENT AND I DENIED AND TOLD HIM TO PAY ME OR TO GIVE ME THE TRUCK BACK... AFTER 7 MONTHS HE IS PROMISING TO PAY IT NEXT WEEK... NEXT WEEK I WILL GIVE THE MONEY... AND NOTHING... AFTER 7 MONTHS HE IS SAYING THAT HE IS GOING TO GIVE THE TRUCK BACK... HE HAS BEEN DRIVING THE VEICULE TO GO TO WORK,,, NOW THAT HE IS GOING TO BE LAID OFF, BECAUSE WE WORK SEASONAL, HE DOESN'T NEED THE VEICULE, HE WANT TO GIVE IT BACK... WE DO BELIEV E THAT MR. GALEGO HAS TO PAY US THE AMOUNT HE OWES US, OR IF WE GIVES US THE TRUCK BACK, HE HAS TO PAY US RENT FOR USING OUR VEICULE FOR 7 MONTHS. MR. GALEGOS' MOTHER PROMISED TO PAY HERSELF FOR THE VEICULE, BUT AFTER FEW MONTHS WAINTING FOR THE PAYMENT, I ROSETE DA SILVA CALLED HER AND SHE TOLD ME THAT SHE DIDN'T HAVE THE MONEY AND THAT HER SON WAS GOING TO GIVE THE TRUCK BACK TO US... IT IS HARD YOUR HONOR, BECAUSE WE LOST $1000 SELLING THE VEICULE TO THIS GENTLEMAN, BECAUSE HE WAS A FRIEND, BUT WHAT WE DIDN'T KNOW WAS THAT MR. GALEGO DIDN'T HAVE ANY KIND OF CREDIT OR HONOR.
