Brake Bread

I love this bakery!! Delicious, fresh and moderately priced. They don't skimp on ingredients and the people there are so friendly.

Just look at these goodies, call ahead on Saturdays and thanks the genius of these people. Also, they are cycling focused so nothing could be better. Except maybe beer and pretzels here, but that seems challenging...

I love the "batard" loaf. I now subscribe to pick up one every week.... Nathan is the best!

They are very friendly and have a variety of breads to choose from. Their Pepper Pot bread is my favorite but they bake it infrequently. Today I am trying their Nacho jalapeño cheddar bread.

A local favorite! Get the Nacho bread when it's available and buy the cookies by the dozen. Delicious fresh bread and baked goods. Get there early for the best selection. Sustainability-focused company. Space to sit and enjoy a treat there :. I love seeing the employees delivering fresh bread around the city by bicycle!

I love Brake Bread! Their pastries, loaves, and especially their Nacho Bread are super delicious. Brake Bread is a wonderful local shop that’s great for the community.

Without a doubt this is the best bakery in the Twin Cities. The staff is very friendly and helpful and everything here is delicious.

My wife's company had a chilli cook off so I got 2 breads here. The young lady helped me pic the bread for the chili. This was a big hit. 1 was a whole wheat & the other a classic white bread with 40 percent wheat. Plus this place is clean & friendly employee.
